Seated quickly. Server took our order , waited 10-15 minutes for the food and comes back to the table and says they don’t have the food we ordered available. Quickly decided on something else. Food came out ,wasn’t too bad. Go to pay the bill , some kind of glitch with the system they said. Need to swipe your card again. I quickly looked up my charges on my app for my card and noticed I had already been charged properly. Showed this to the server , manager came out and said there was nothing he could do since they were newly opened and hadn’t got all their system to work yet. Gave me his personal number and promised he would personally take care of the issue if it turns out I had been charged twice. 3-4 phone calls later he pushed me off to corporate with no reply from them. Credit card is taking care of me on my end but just seems like the egg could have done more to fix the issue. Terrible customer service

Excellent addition to the new Pittsburgh Airport. I had the Yinz BLT. Sourdough bread, egg, bacon, lettuce and tomato. It came with crispy tater tots. Also a nice cold glass of Sauvignon Blanc (9oz). Food and atmosphere is amazing and right near the gates at terminal B. Shout out to Gary the bartender who waited on me. Very personable and good conversation. I cannot wait to fly again.

Sausage and gravy was incredibly bland. Overdone tater tots as the “breakfast potatoes.” Bacon really undercooked and floppy.
Servers openly arguing with one another and with the manager about who exactly was a terrible person and impossible to work with. Genuinely thought a fistfight might start among the staff.
Can’t see myself returning.

We were seated and served promptly. However, everything was cold. Cold fried eggs, cold toast, and cold tater tots. This was about the worst breakfast I have ever had, particularly so given the price.

Wasn’t sure if I wanted breakfast for dinner, but the menu included sandwiches and other entrees. I chose the Steel City Sandwich, which featured fried chicken, poblano peppers and some delicious aioli. I paired the sandwich with a TIto’s blackberry Mule, which was sweet and very tasty.
The best part if the dinner was Bartender Gary, with his unique and eclectic knowledge of music! Will return next time I am in the PIT airport.

We go seated quickly but things went downhill from there. We never saw our server. The bartender had to come over and take our order. It took a very long time for our food to arrive – it wasn’t even that bisy. When the food arrived half the items from our dishes were missing. Food was average at best. Didn’t even bother complaining for fear of how long it would take to correct it – had to get to our gate. Only reason I gave two stars is because of the bartender. Not eating there again.
