The pizza is good. Airport prices are scary.
Staff is super friendly and attentive. If it is super busy, the selection of slices may be minimal. And, this location closes at 4pm.

Ridiculously good slice of pizza for a fair price. I’ve never had good airport food before so this was a novel experience. When I arrived she was pulling a fresh pepperoni and Canadian bacon out of the oven. I got a slice and added some red pepper. It was exactly what I needed. Lots of places to sit, not crowded, good food. Also, I didn’t take a good picture of my pizza because I ate it.

Pizza was decent but service was horrible. While unloading our backpacks to order the lady at the register rudely stated that the bar sitting area was only for paying customers and that she couldn’t take our order there which we didn’t expect her to. We told her we were going to order and were actually grabbing the kids orders. When we had the pizza and she came and asked if I had payed for the water. I told her I had bought it somewhere else and they don’t even carry the brand I was drinking. So she had pretty much assumed that I had stolen a water??

This is the worst pizza in America. So gross. The woman working is nice, but the food is awful. Save your money and walk over to McDonalds. $25 for two slices of cold disgusting pizza and a water.

This airport pizza is exactly what you’d expect. The sauce is terrible, the toppings are almost as bad, the cheese is low quality, and the dough is decent. But the workers ate incredibly friendly and hard working. It’s good enough for a quick stop on the way to your flight for those lacking discriminating palates.

Horrible experience. The over-priced slices of pizza were undercooked, lukewarm (at best) and the employee wouldn’t give my wife a slice of the fresh pizza she wanted coming out of the oven. Instead, she gave her a slice from what was remaining beneath the warmer. My best advice, to avoid your own disappointment, when you walk near the Wild Garlic location in the Reno-Tahoe airport, do yourself a HUGE favor and keep on a walkin’! There are much better places to grab food in that airport.

This is my 2nd time eating at this location, and both times the same – stale pizza that has been sitting out for God knows how long, and then when they put it in the pizza oven to heat it up for you, it’s heated, but the cheese doesn’t melt and the crust is stale. $8 for a slice of disappointment that doesn’t live up to the chain’s reputation. Will not make this mistake again.

Overpriced, and terrible quality food. $12 for a tasteless slice of pizza is a mindblowing experience. The crust is dry and sweet. The toppings are nonexistent. A complete waste of money and a disappointment.

Dry pizza. Expensive- one slice $10.50. It day all day and I asked for sauce…. she says we don’t have that. How do you make pizza without sauce…. and offered me honey. Um no thanks.

By happenstance, we tried our luck at Wild Garlic, 2001 East Plumb Lane in Reno. We were staying at the Comfort Inn Airport and wanted something convenient. It was between Denny’s and Wild Garlic and what a good choice! Doordash made it super convenient. We ordered Pesto Twists, Greek Salad, Veggie pizza and Popeye with added mushrooms. The salad was one of the best I’ve had – fresh and just
the right balance of ingredients. Same with the pizzas, especially tasty because of the thick, fancy rim of crust. Dipping the crust in honey was sublime! The twists were tasty – more thin and crisp than the pizza crust. I will definitely visit again when we come back through Reno.
