Ordered a stuffed crust pizza. Broke off a half piece because it wasn’t completely sliced. Took a bite of that half piece and the crust was undercooked. Called the store and told them they can pick up the pizza and we’ll send back the virtual whole pizza for a refund and was told we’d have to drive 10 minutes away for that to happen. The attached pic is what we ate off of it. Basically the toppings and the stuffed crust. Will not order from here again.

Used to order from this location a couple times a week. Stopped ordering from here because the food quality has been bunk. Tried again today. No thanks. This place is sometimes not open when it says it’s supposed to be, they short you on food, and the food sometimes isn’t even edible. I have gotten 10-11 inch pizzas from here too many times to count. The pizza is supposed to be 12 inches. Why is it never even close? How many people you guys plan on ripping off?

Ordered extra sauce. Didn’t get it. Dominoes is a nightmare. The app said the mason street location was open…. it’s not. I got a call 20minutes later saying I needed to order at the Howard location from the onieda store. I can’t order online through the Howard location for some reason. Spent 10 minutes on the phone ordering a pizza. The manager on the phone was understanding. The delivery was quick as well. Not trying again. There’s not even sauce in the middle of the pizza.

We have ordered here probably 30 times. I always pick it up and the order has always been accurate and tastes good. Seems people are a little salty on these reviews for whatever reason.

Order placed at 4:09 for pick up at 5pm. Order updated to done, then updated at 5:06pm baking. Went inside to question it and was only told “you’ll have to wait” finally got food at 5:20

Food is always good but the staff are mean and angry. There were no other customers in the store and the employee was so rude when we wanted to order. He was cutting us off talking over us and overall just annoyed….

ordered online for delivery. said 20 min wait until it would come. waited over an hour and decided to pick it up because we waited long enough. when called to ask to pick it up, i just wanted to put a note on it so they know i changed to pick up. didn’t want a refund for delivery fee. they ended up refunding my whole order and making me pay again when all i asked them to do was put it as pick up instead of delivery.
