I gotta say, George’s food it top notch. My buddy and I flew out from Houston just to try LA Central ATX and it was worth the trip. My buddy got the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and really enjoyed it. My Chicken Katsu Curry was off the charts. The curry was mild and the perfect consistency. The katsu chicken was breaded and cook exactly the way you’d expect from an established well trained chef. A lot of the times when I get katsu it’s overcooked and dripping with grease. Not this one! The rice was also done to the T. Plus the portions we’re very large and more than I could finish. We’ll definitely be back with more friends. Thanks for the awesome food!!!

This is one of our newer spots to eat in Manor, and I don’t know what we ever did without them. LaCentral is so good with so much variety that even when me and my SO are in the mood for different things, we can always agree on this place.
The chicken is probably best chicken in Manor. From the chicken sandwich, to the wings, etc. My partner’s go to is the chicken katsu, and for me it’s hard to decide – but their Caesar wrap is definitely in my top 3.
Furthermore, and what I think makes LaCentral really special, is that the owner is awesome. You can tell he cares about the food he serves, he’s always working hard yet will take the time to ask you how your day’s going, and he goes above & beyond. For example, from 8/13 thru the next couple of days, he’s offering complimentary “small” plates for his customers to try out new dishes.(Pictured) He stocked us up with what we asked for (Loco Moco, teriyaki chicken) plus surprised us with some flautas too! Side note, his regular portions will leave you full with high potential of another meal (or two).
Most of our meals get finished before we remember to take pictures, but here are a few visuals. Highly recommend LaCentral and thankful to have them in the heart of Manor!

I recently moved to Manor and stumbled upon this food truck that is completely unassuming—but wow, what a find. George, the owner, is incredibly friendly and clearly passionate about his food. The dumplings are honestly to die for. I can’t get enough of them. They’re perfectly spicy, insanely flavorful, and taste like they’re made with real care. Everything is fresh, comforting, and packed with flavor. This place has quickly become a go-to for me, and I can’t recommend it enough. If you’re anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and stop by—you won’t regret it.
