I don’t order “fast food” pizza very much. I just had a craving for some pizza and side items so we landed on Dominos. We decided on this location because it had a shorter wait time. I drove over there pretty quick and got there early for pick up. Walked in, place is a nice, quaint pizza shop just plastered with corporate logos but all of the workers were busy and working hard. That’s what made me want to leave a review. The young lady told me it still had about 10 minutes. People were in and out and pizza was flying out of the oven. When I got my order I watched how hard the team was working with the older man leading the younger working on the job. Everyone was friendly, everyone was working hard, orders were getting filled. The pizza ended up being great for the price. We got a good discount so with the discount the price is justified. Don’t think I would be satisfied if the price was not discounted (online deal). Anyway, 4 star review because the pizza was average to above average. The dominos team deserves 5 stars for their hard work, and friendly attitude.

Had a craving for NY style pizza. Dominos had a special. I was hesitant because years ago I had not heard good things. But I did hear they have made improvements in food and service. I had tried other locals, including coal fired (another word for burnt) so what the heck. I orders by on phone and arrived early. But there on the wall was a digital list of those waiting and estimated waiting time. It was pretty accurate. And the pizza was excellent. Thin crust cooked just right and the ingredients and sauce were very good. I think Dominos has been getting a bad wrap.

ZERO STARS… The 1519 Capital Circle NE, Tallahassee, FL location has gone to crap. I have been less than satisfied for the past few months from this location. However, last night was the absolute worst. We ordered a BBQ Chicken styled pizza, and it was like they poured an entire bucket of BBQ sauce on it. To the point that none of the toppings would stay on the pizza, and the thin and “crispy” crust was floppy, with the sauce dripping off everywhere. 80% of the pizza went in the garbage. It was DISGUSTING… Previous orders – the food was undercooked, or the crust was way to thick, or they didn’t get the toppings right, the sandwiches are basically just bread, and the wings are pale and slimy, with no crisp at all. One time that the toppings were wrong, my husband went to the store to have the pizza remade (after paying for delivery), and after they sent him on his way, they called my phone to say they gave him the wrong pizza and needed him to return (again). Meanwhile, they had not given him the wrong pizza (this time), and turn around he did not. It felt like they were just playing games. Who works at this location now? A bunch of snotnosed preschoolers??… Not for anything, we deserved that nasty pizza last night. What were we thinking to order from here again?…. Unfortunately, this is the location we are zoned for delivery. But from now on I will gladly get off my behind to pick up my order from the location that I highly recommend, which is 2320 Apalachee Pkwy, Tallahassee, FL. They have yet to let me down

I ordered a pizza for delivery and it showed up SO unbelievably greasy, it was soaking through the box. And the pizza was mostly crust. I called dominos about it and they gave me a store credit for my pizza. But then tonight (the next day) I ordered another pizza using the store credit they gave me. Got it delivered to my apartment and they don’t even knock on the door to let me know it had shown up. And when I placed the order over the phone for the pizza I said pepperoni and green bell peppers for the toppings. They put pepperoni and banana peppers. And honestly the service over the phone was not very great. I’m very disappointed in this location and will be avoiding ordering here for the near future. I recommend ordering from Kerry Forest location instead for better consistency.

Decided to give Domino’s another look after a number of months maybe a year since we had their takeout. Ordered 2 large traditional crust pizzas with two meats and one vegetable each. Both pizzas were unremarkable. The issue was the lack of sauce; the pizza was dry. The next day I ordered another large but this time asked for extra sauce. The pizza was great! So, I’m not sure if Domino’s has reduced the amount of sauce they’re using, but I’d suggest you request extra to avoid a dry pizza. Otherwise go to Marco’s.

I haven’t had a good experience with this location yet but this is the last straw. My whole pizza is just bread and sauce because it all was stuck to the box. Plus the cookie brownie we ordered was burnt. Next time I’m going to the Appalachee Parkway location because they’re good.

We hadn’t ordered in about 13 years because of consistently uncooked dough. We ordered last week and it was good. Today, my pizza crust is raw, they added meat (veggie pizza) and the crust was wrong. We tried to call and no one answers the phone. It just keeps you on hold. I tried to pick off the meat and eat it but as soon as I took a bite I could tell the dough wasn’t cooked through and there was something SPICY on it. Back to not ordering from here. :-/

A little slow but the restaurant is pretty consistent. My family ordered pizza a few weeks ago using the app from here and made the mistake of not adding cheese. If I was a making a pizza and the order came in with no cheese I think I’d call and confirm that type of order. Restaurant refused to replace the order.

Update: I did speak to the manager and they were apologetic but not sure if they did anything with the employee.
The manager that would not give me his name worked two days a week and was extremely rude because I was asking questions about the menu. As I was leaving, I said well I might be back. He said. I prefer you don’t. I then stated I heard that and it’s extremely rude and they all started laughing everybody behind the counter. He stated that he didn’t know the menu or the coupon because he only work two days a week and he don’t work like that were not mine. Extremely rude.
