I stopped by Dunkin Donuts early in the morning before a walk, and it was exactly the kind of start I was hoping for. I ordered a coffee along with a chocolate long john and a classic vanilla donut, and everything came out quickly and just right. The coffee was piping hot and instantly did its job, waking me up without tasting watered down or burnt. It paired perfectly with the donuts, which were fresh and satisfying from the first bite.
The chocolate long john had a generous layer of chocolate and a soft interior, while the vanilla donut was simple and comforting in the best way. Sometimes the classics really are the move, and Dunkin delivers on that every time.

Okay I don’t know what the deal is, but they absolutely load the drinks with ice and it’s every damn time…. No other Dunkin in the area puts that much ice. I have literally tested it… Getting a large is literally what would be a small at Starbucks. So sad. Anytime I have to ask for “light ice” they tell me they can’t? Not a single other Dunkin so can someone tell me why that is? I really am not trying to sound whiny but seriously NO OTHER DUNKIN DOES THAT!!! But looking at the other reviews, it seems you like to not give anyone a full portion.

Placed my order online as soon as this location open. Thinking this will give them an hour or two. To complete my order IF needed. At the time i picked up my order, Then later checked. My hasbrowns are burnt and the dozen donuts not only it was the wrong order. All donuts are STALE! What is the point of placing an order early if they are giving out stale donuts?.

The lines are long in the morning. Overall its a beautiful place to hang out and very roomy inside… easier to do mobile orders and faster.. great staff!

The way to build a loyal customer base is NOT by cheating customers in portion sizes. I bought their breakfast meal deal and it came with only 6 quarter-sized hash brown pieces. Those didn’t even fill the paper hash brown holder 1/4 of the way. Do yourself a favor and eat at the Mickey D’s next door.

They charge for less ice.. please read this again because if you order an iced coffee with less ice they have to put a very small amount of coffee more but no other Dunkin donuts charges for less ice. I will never go back there and the guys know me, what a rip off! Just up the street they make it without an extra charge. They lose a valuable customer and many more as my people will no longer go there. Please be careful they also don’t understand you, Good Luck.

I don’t think they’ve ever gotten my or my husbands order right on the first try. It doesn’t matter if you go at 4am or 2pm. Even then once you get it all fixed, if you ordered anything warmed I guarantee it’ll be burnt to a crisp. Order at your risk!

New store in the area that opened in the past couple years. There is seating for about 20 people and the food is always fresh. They carry a bunch of good that you can take home including coffee souvenirs and mugs. There is a drive thru and plenty of parking available.

Just got donuts 10 minutes ago and the guy up front threw the donuts into my bag without any paper, now the frosting is ruined and the flavors are mixing. Don’t go here unless you want to ruin the only meal you have for your family in the morning.
