I was skeptical about visiting after reading the reviews, but I stopped by around 10 PM and the food was good with a very generous portion. The cooks were making fresh rice and topped off some other items, which was nice to see. The toppings area could’ve been cleaned up a little better, but it seems like they’re going through some growing pains. I’ll definitely be back — just give them a little time to get on track.

Went here after work to get some dinner the service was slow which is understandable with a new store and new people but they were out of some items like white rice and El Pastor, the portion size when I asked for barbacoa was horrendous I got only 1.9 Oz of meat which is half of what it should be and the queso was Luke warm and gritty this chips are also stale. I would not recommend this place at the moment will try again in a few weeks.

Despite them being open for a little over 2 weeks, the staff is great, food is delicious, and the atmosphere is welcoming!
Let’s get down to the service first. Came in at 11:46, thats about their lunch rush time, and I had little to no wait at all, the crew were very fast and respectful to each customer ahead of me. I got my food and checked out in less than 2 minutes.
Now for the deliciousness, the food was very well portioned, I got a al pastor chicken, white rice, queso, some guac, cheese, lettuce and corn. It was filled to the top and felt heavy.
The atmosphere here is good, its a beautiful day. Could of sat outside, but decided to stay in. Outside tables were clean and tidy, inside is the same as well. Music is a little bit loud though, thats my only concern, im hard of hearing and even I find the music a bit too loud, but perks of being able to tune out audio ^.^.
While reading some of the other reviews here, dont let them alter your decision to come here, its new, the employees are still learning a bit, give them a chance. The chipotlane is for pick up only, its a bit of common sense that if they don’t have a menu board at the drive through lane.. you would think its not a ordering window .
All in all the store is good, its clean, the crew are respectable and friendly! Be kind to others and they’ll be kind to you ^.^

Placed an order on the app, was even 3 minutes late on my end to pick it up. Was 2nd in line. Once I was up, told me twice that it’d be “a few minutes”. Took 30 minutes. Acted like they didnt know what to say / what they were doing. Food was barely warm. The steak in my bowl was very gummy and had an odd taste.

We went in after they had been open for only a few days. They were so kind, helpful, and the food was delicious!
We were accidentally over charged for an entree. When I showed the manager (CC, I believe was her name) the receipt, she was so gracious, apologetic, gave us an immediate refund, and a free entree to apologize.
We left so impressed by the kindness of the manager and the other workers we spoke to.
Definitely will be going back!

How can a fast food that just opened go south so fast. You guys have been opened less than a month and the food is garbage!!!!! Unprofessional service, poor quality in food, meat being dragged across the counter, avocado just pure pit, restaurant dirty. How can you go wrong with a franchise!!!! All you have to do is run the place. Avoid it at all costs. Waste of money

Absolutely the worst chipotle I’ve been to. They are slow. Disrespectful. Don’t know the menu. The cooks were jacking around and not cooking. I wanted 30 minutes in line for 2 measles tacos. If I could give this place zero stars I would.
