I ordered through the Domino’s app and was notified that my order was ready for pickup. That was completely false. When I arrived, my food was not ready and I was forced to wait.
It’s obvious this location is marking orders as “completed” just to meet internal time metrics instead of being honest about actual prep times. That’s misleading, disrespectful to customers’ time, and defeats the entire purpose of using the app.
If the food isn’t ready, don’t say it is. This kind of practice makes me reconsider ordering from this location again.

We order 2 pizzas every other week. When offering a special, you should make it a special. One of our pizzas was a 3 topping medium. I asked for tomatoes and mushrooms with extra mushrooms. I got 7 pieces of mushroom. Seems like every time we order it gets less and less. Not good business for you.

We ordered pizza last night and of course we ordered Dominos because theres no debate on who wants Domino’s or frozen! the deliver was so fast i could gave sworn i had only just placed our order 5 mins before and we are clear out by the weigh station! Thanks for always being quick with your yummy pizza! I only have one complaint .. the pizza and sides are so good that there’s never any leftovers! Apparently i only took pics of the Combo Pizza which is wild because my favorite is the chicken honey bbq pizza! Sooo yummy!

It is always super clean, the employees are friendly, and the owner clearly cares about the place. The prices are great and the pizza is consistently delicious. Always a solid experience here!! Highly recommend!

If the employees do not know how to use the register.. maybe the trainer or assistant manager can come up and help instead of making pizzas and the line going out the door. I waited over 16 minutes for the guy at the register to figure out how use the darn thing. And the managers are all just standing around talking and packing up pizzas. Terrible customer service won’t ever be back.

They can never find my trailer, so they gave my food to my neighbors again. We counted out the exact money for todays order and gave it to the girl driver and then get called later saying I didnt pay fully. First you give away my food, then when I call about it and get a new order, you claim I didn’t even pay you guys fully. I’ll only do carryout from now on I guess.
