Updated Review: Unfortunately my updated review resulted in a lower score than before. The food was not very good. I ordered a bowl of French onion soup and a sausage and cheese bagel. Both were very bland and bordering on cold. Panera Bread is not my favorite place to eat. They have a good variety on the menu but they need to do better preparing the food.
We stopped here for lunch and lattes. After making many mistakes and sending the food back three times we wound up with a decent lunch and a yummy latte. The service is slow and not very effective.

The service is always welcoming and friendly. Tonight, I came in for the new dipper sandwich. We both picked the steak over the chicken. The amount of steak pieces we got would NOT have created the thickness of a McDonald’s burger patty. We basically had a bread sandwich. I’m very disappointed. We also had to put our dip sauce together to form one serving that would be high enough to dip the bread into. (not calling it a sandwich at this point) .

I usually order to-go but we decided to eat-in this time. Happy they brought back the chicken salad. They were out of the bread that is normally included with it so I ordered the ciabatta. I couldn’t believe how little chicken salad they put on my sandwich. I brought it back up to the counter & nicely told the woman that this amount “isn’t really acceptable.” She proceeded to tell me that was the correct portion size. I don’t know a single person (Panera employees included) that would be okay with paying/receiving this to eat. I did convince her to give me one more scoop but she treated me like a criminal for even asking. Give people what they’re paying for! The food is good but I’ve noticed skimpy portions more & more.

Gloried hospital food eatery?
I remember when Panera opened its doors at the cherry hill location. I use to love this place.
Today I ordered a BBQ chicken sandwich, along with a French Onion soup. The sandwich was decent, I should of told them to hold the red onions. The outside part of the sandwich was crisp but the insides were very soft. The light BBQ sauce is a great touch to the sandwich.
The French onion, in my French oniony opinion, was a little too oniony, and packed with crotons. But I served its purpose to keep me warm during these rigid temps.
Will come back when it’s convenient, or when the wife last minutes decides not to cook as we leave Sam’s club.

We went here because I wanted some soup. It was our 1st time at this location, and it was a but disappointing.
Walking in, there were 2 cashiers standing at the counter holding a conversation. They looked directly at us walk in but didn’t greet us. After looking at the menu for a bit, my husband greeted them… Awkwardly.
We both ordered cheddar broccoli soup with bread.
When it was ready, they just sat the bag on the counter, never called for us or anything. We had to figure out that our food was sitting there.
There were 2 tables in the store being used by customers.

$58.68 for 2 cheese steaks that had NO meat on them, a grilled cheese and 2 orders of mac n cheese. The mac n cheese was good the sandwiches were sorry and lacking.

The food here is absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing — a really nice place to enjoy a meal. I came with my girlfriend and we both loved what we ordered. The only downside was that after placing our order, we waited about 30–40 minutes without being notified that our food and drinks were ready. We always order in this location since it’s close by but the customer service I don’t even want to give 1 star! And today isn’t the day I will just let it go, I ordered the bread on line and called them before hand to make sure they have the bread since couple of times I ordered and either they don’t have it after I put in the order and there’s even one time my order was picked up by someone else so I walked out without bread. Today when I went and pick up the bread this is how it looked! This isn’t a $2 dollar kind of bread it’s almost $7 so I was hoping and expecting better but I don’t know why and I even said to the lady at the pick up area that I wasn’t expecting this kind of order that it seems like it was just dumped in the bag, she didn’t seem to care and not even a sorry! I can go get a $1 and it’s even packed better compared to this bread that worth almost $7 and looks like this! Don’t you care of how you prepare your orders or is it because it’s only worth that much that’s why the quality of service doesn’t matter! I’ve been to so many Panera Bread locations here in the States and Canada and so far this place isn’t the best!
