What a fantastic little shop across from The Caribbean and close to the resort we stayed at. This was a night! We were traveling all around to different ice cream places to find places that had non dairy options for my son. Ben & Jerry’s was the first to have this option after 3 stops. No, websites are not updated to indicate if they have multiple options. So excited this was within walking distance and had my favorite Phish Food. What a treat!

This location makes up their own hours. If the hours on Google maps are incorrect then the store manager should change their hours to reflect their operating time. There were at least 6 people outside at 940PM and the doors were locked. Meanwhile they were serving a family inside. Do they close at 930PM do they close at 10PM one will never know!!! Save your money and aggrevation and go up the block to Sugar Life. Just in case you want to have an idea of what you’re walking into and the service you’ll receive if you are lucky to get into Ben & Jerry’s take a look at the photo I’ve included for reference.

Absolutely delicious! The prices however are incredibly high. Staff was patient with my 6 kids. Portions were also good. I guess you can put a price on happiness. My wife and kids were extremely satisfied.

I would recommend going to sugar life they have plenty of comparable flavors and they stay open till the time they say. we went rushing down after getting the kids to bed for a late night adult snack it was 10:30 we got there at 10:40 the man was standing in front of the cash register turning everyone away saying they were done for the day when I asked why they had no response just done for the day very disappointing and unprofessional especially for a big name like Ben and Jerry’s from now on I will go to sweet life when I’m down this way they were awesome and very delicious!!

If I could give a zero O I would. Just turned around, searched for a place to park and finally walked in this store only to be told, without even a friendly greeting no less, “we are closed “. Hours posted were 11pm and we were there with time to spare. We are highly disappointed and angry to be so rudely treated by 4 staff more interested in standing around on their phones than waiting on the last customers of the day. The family behind us got treated the same way. Do not go here. Give your money to a store who values your time and attention. There are plenty of other great ice cream shops in Myrtle Beach and Ben and Jerry’s.
