Definitely as a tourist this was a very different experience than I’m used to. The times that they’re open was confusing (closes everyday at 6 (sometimes) ….good was very subpar, but I did love the recycled containers instead of the plastic ones

I’ve had a LOT of Nachos Bellgrande in my lifetime and I have no idea what that mess they served me last night was. I asked for no beans and what got was some chips covered with brown goo (playing the part of ground beef), cheese and sour cream. No tomatoes or anything else. Slopped into the container like it had been shaken. Just nasty.

Ordered a stuffed XXL burrito with steak. Unfortunetly they have me a bean and cheese burrito. I went to the desk and nobody carred about me. After a while i showed my burrito and they told me that i got the right one. I was a houndred Times in an taco bell and never got any worst wrong burrito like this.

There’s a very long line for the drive-thru. They close at 6:00 p.m. and they take so long for each car. I already placed my online order which I can’t cancel after I place it after realize how bad the line was. Now stuck waiting in line for 30 MINUTES.
Missed my evening appointment as a result. I fully regret choosing to this location.

I had a very bad experience here. I placed my order online and was ready for pickup but the lady refused to believe me. Later realized someone else picked up my order. When I finally got my order- the potato tacos were missing.

Okay why the low review? Open until 9.. Well that’s the drive through; the dining room closes at 6 and they don’t open until 11am.. That is less than 12 hours open. Less than 7 hours open got the dining room

I wanted to get some Taco Bell while on the island, so I stopped at this location. The first door I tried was locked so I went to the next one, it was open. I went and had to order from the kiosk, not a huge deal, except there was an issue with the order. I ended up leaving after I was told I had no order. Later I called to speak with the manager, she listened to me, showed compassion, and completely resolved my issue 100%.
It’s a good location, and I can report if there are any issues, you can raise your concern and it will be addressed promptly.
