The salsa and spices are all on point. We had the Molcajete Jalisco and it was enough for two people and delicious. Obviously cooked with love and skill. Beef was super tasty and spiced nicely.
Place is pretty large inside and very comfortable seating. Bonus points for really luxurious decor and authentic music.
Flan is just ok – whipped cream is OK but not chocolate. I like the food better than Tito’s but Tito’s has the best flan in town IMO.

First time here and it did not disappoint! Food was great loved that there was tons of vegetarian/kids options, big portions too, server was attentive and friendly. The only thing I will say is we are a family of 3 and we were seated at an awkward table (table for 5+ people) that faced everyone and we had to sit side by side so I couldn’t really talk to my husband haha but other than that great place, and will come back!

We only ordered to go a few times but both were spot on. After the first time, me and hubs said we would order other food to try but what we had was way too good! The birria tacos are tasty, and warm until we get home, the rice is flavorful, the steak n cheese tacos are really good and good if topped with cheese dip. Along with their chips they are perfect size, taste and crunch+ their cheese dip is good. Staff is friendly.

We arrived at 11:20am, we were seated right away. The atmosphere was comfortable, festive and the area very clean. We received prompt service throughout our meal, and our server was friendly. We ordered from the lunch menu, which was priced a couple dollars less than the general menu options, and I’m sure was a smaller portion, but it was plenty for us and seemed a decent value. Our meals arrived and were hot from the kitchen with fresh ingredients.

The food was excellent and full of flavor, and the vibe inside the restaurant is fantastic. I absolutely love the building’s decoration, and the customer service is generally great. However, my first visit didn’t match the level of service I received on my second visit, which was much better. It would be awesome if the music were a bit louder to match the lively atmosphere—especially when you’re enjoying a margarita or a shot of tequila at a Mexican restaurant. Their birria tacos and chicken mole are amazing and definitely come highly recommended!
My only question is, what’s up with the convenience fee charged on our bill? If you check my receipt, you’ll see that I didn’t order any liquor, yet when I asked for an explanation, no one seemed able to provide one.

First time to visit this new restaurant in town. Wait time was only 30 minutes for a very busy Friday night. Once seated in the main dining room — things moved smoothly and quickly. A team member is essentially waiting on you to be seated and serves a big basket of hot chips and salsa side immediately. Shortly thereafter — our main server greeted us and accepted our drink orders. Once our dishes were ordered the food arrives very very quickly — almost unbelievable how fast it came out! Food taste was good. Not to spicy not too mild. The food temps could have been a tad hotter for my multi meat burrito — however my wife’s fajitas were sizzling & smoking hot. Our server was pleasant and attentive. We look forward to a second visit perhaps on a slower night (if that could even be possible). Located on busy two-lane US 31 AKA Main Street in central Spring Hill near Lowe’s & Walmart. Parking can be a challenge during peak hours.

I hate to write these kind of reviews. And actually came here twice just to give this place another shot. Well food was little better this time, service was the same sub par level, unfriendly and uncaring staff as before. My kids actually where run into by the wait staff and they had to apologize for them because it was that awkward when they didn’t care to apologize. So what’s good here? Well the flautas with shredded beef were good, I added it with rice and beans. The fajitas were a generous portion but tough as nails to eat, granted this is our second time ordering and was just as tough like before. I think the real piss off moment for us is when we asked for extra tortillas after 3 were eaten they actually had to charge us for extra tortillas even though our meal was still being eaten. I guess when you nickel and dime your customers like that the sour taste really doesn’t leave. So will I go back here? No. Will I still get good Mexican food in Spring Hill- Absolutely.. I’ll see you @Titos off port royal. Stay thirsty my friends hasta mañana 😉

We went in tonight for dinner and were so disappointed in the service. They had the patio open since the weather was nice and should have left after we sat and waited for someone to greet us for over 15 minutes. We waited so long for our server to meet us and proceeded to be walked by multiple times. When mentioning we waited for a long time our server proceeded to tell us they weren’t prepared to have the patio open. We weren’t the only ones out there, so we wish they wouldn’t sit people where they aren’t prepared to serve. We ordered our drinks and food immediately. Once the bill came we paid and when it came back the bill had been added to with almost 20 dollars more! They mixed our tab and previous tab. We were so disappointed we asked for the manager who was not apologetic and seemed to excuse this poor service. Unfortunately won’t be back. Food is decent.

BEST Mexican food in Spring Hill! I’m from California (the only time I’ll admit it), so I know what authentic Mexican food is supposed to taste like, and this is it! We were so exited to have a new Mexican food restaurant in town. My mom and I dined in today, after church. They were very busy, but there was plenty of parking, lots of places to sit and their staff was on it! They operated like a well oiled machine, as if they had been open for much longer. They definitely train their staff well. Our server was great and she brought a sense of humor that made our experience a memorable one. The food is soo good! The ambiance is fun and I like all of the Aztec art displayed throughout the restaurant I will definitely be back soon!
