We went to this American breakfast eatery for a sumptuous breakfast on a freezing winter morning. The location is little dicey, when you reach it does not show the eatery name, it is actually in the same place as The Monk restaurant located. They have wide variety of English and American breakfast options. The food was great, service was little sketchy, but the servers were very friendly. We enjoyed our experience and food. Parking may be little difficult if there is rush. I would highly recommend. Have fun !

Amazing we are in town from Arizona and we stopped here for some breakfast. The food was delicious tastes fresh, I had the Southwest Skillet and it was sooooo good! The salsa tastes very fresh. The place is a perfect place to eat not too loud the music isn’t taking away from having a conversation. The waitress Gilda was lovely, very warm and very attentive. Affordable, definitely worth the stop in!

We walked into this place and we were the only ones, we almost walked back out. I am SO glad we didn’t! They joked right away that we just missed the crown and made us feel totally comfortable. Not only was the waitress amazing but food was fast and delish! I will recommend this place to all my Denver friends. Don’t miss out on this gem!

The food was really really good!! We had country fried skillet, chocolate chip waffle, and steak bowl which was all really yummy. Steak was tender, everything was fresh, and the waffle melted in your mouth.

Food good. Country Potatoes perfect. Scramble needed cheese melted, but tasty. Red pepper strips too large. Oddly tiny fork complicated eating, though it was cute (seemed to prioritize form over function). Generally pleasing nouveau vibe. Overall a good place for breakfast.

First time here for breakfast and the food was amazing. They pack so much into their burritos that half of one was plenty! The hashbrowns were crisp and buttery, the bacon smelled and tasted amazing, the steak was amazing, the salsa had good flavor but wasn’t super spicy. We will definitely be back to try their Indian/Chinese fusion for lunch or dinner. Our server Gilda was so friendly and helpful. The service here is amazing. The food is even better. Sandy and Lexi were so attentive and provided wonderful suggestions. We had the skillets and were blown away. If you’re used to places like First Watch, you’ll be so glad that you tried Early Bird Eatery.
We normally come for dinner because their Indian fusion is by far the best we’ve had in the Denver metro area. So happy we can come here for breakfast, too.

My son and I went here for brunch. I had the Mexican Breakfast Burrito and he had the Chicken and Waffles. Service was great, food was great. They even went the extra mile and tried to find the Man City game on the TV for him.
