Experienced a first tonight! This pizza maker set out to ruin my night! Not only is it raw and extremely greasy but there’s someone else’s toppings under my pizza. The cheese was half ass thrown on so some slices had the sorriest amount of cheese while others were bussin with cheese. The pizza is literally stuck to the paper underneath because of the wet and toppings under the soggy dough. Also it’s a salt BOMB!! Straight to the trash – can you believe I paid $17 for this garbage

The chicken wings were actually just chicken nuggets and barely any bbq sauce – Very weird. The pizza was ok but a little overcooked and wasn’t much better than frozen pizza. This was picked up today 6/19 at 4 pm

I usually enjoy Papa John’s pizza, but the Murray Blvd location in Beaverton keeps disappointing me. The pizza itself is great—I ordered a large meat-stuffed pizza for about $16—but the experience went downhill fast when I had to practically bargain just to get a few packets of Parmesan cheese.
I asked for Parmesan, and the worker handed me only two packets. When I politely asked for more, he gave one. I asked again, just one more. Four packets total for a large pizza with eight slices. That’s ridiculous. Every other pizza place gladly gives you enough Parmesan and red pepper flakes without a fight.
This is actually the second time this has happened at this location, so it doesn’t feel like an accident. It’s almost like the staff are being told not to hand out complimentary packets. I shouldn’t have to haggle over Parmesan on a $15 pizza. Great pizza, but terrible customer service here. Won’t be coming back to this location.

I ordered a pizza that was delivered to me. It wasn’t the right one. I called and the manager promptly sent me out a new pizza. Hopefully they did not spit in it, but it looks fine thank you for responding quickly. Here’s a comparison of the difference second one was wrong.

Ordered on Uber eats. Ordered a 40$ NY style pizza, instead got thin crust, pizza was ice cold, missing toppings, asked for half toppings on one side and the toppings were all over, pizza was cut into big and small pieces, not centered with toppings all over the place. Spoke to the Manager Maura, and she could care less. Horrible customer service. Will never return.

Super nice staff here. I’m here from out of state for work so good customer service goes a long ways for me when I’m away from home and family. The people that work here have such great attitudes and are really pleasant to the customers and to each other. As a driver would come in they all said welcome back and as an employee left for the night they all said have a good night. They hooked me up with a carry out club card and gave me 5 extra stamps as a way of welcoming me to Oregon. Super awesome Papa John’s. Thanks Papa John’s employees.

The management replied and gave me the opportunity to order a free pizza. Will I did and ordered a double pepperoni pizza with double jalapeño. I received a pepperoni pizza that was low on a regular pepperoni pizza. If they look at the image on there website and see what a double pepperoni pizza is they would add pepperoni. But none the less they tried to make good. Just be advised that the pizzas will not arrive as shown on the website.
When you order a pizza you expect a pizza with the items you order and when you add items you expect added items not remove some to add some I ordered pepperoni pizza and added jalapeños and spinach extra. I didn’t get the pepperoni on the pizza. And the jalapeño poppers shown on the app where really nice looking but. As you can see that jalapeño popper is not a jalapeño popper. It’s a role of pizza with a couple of jalapeño slices. It was a total disaster. $31. Dollar for this I should have gotten a steak. I expect the management to reply to this!
