Absolutely unacceptable experience. We were customers and were refused access to the restroom with the excuse that it was “employees only.” No sign, no explanation, just a flat refusal. This is basic human decency, not a luxury.
The staff showed zero empathy and poor customer service. Treating paying customers this way is disrespectful and embarrassing for the business. If this is how Dunkin’ chooses to operate, I suggest going somewhere else where customers are treated like human beings.
I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this location to anyone.

Beware this place has roaches and mice. The place is very dirty with poor customer service. New management is very unsanitary.Just watch how they handle food before you order. You will see for yourself.

This is the best Dunkin donuts location I have ever been in. The glazed donut was so fresh and reacted like a yeast donut should. The place was clean and stayed pretty busy. The workers seemed to enjoy doing their job and took care to be clean in the process. The next time I’m in Weehawken I’m going straight for Dunkin.

UPDATE: FRIDAY, JULY 14, 2023, 12:14AM: I do not go to this Dunkin’ Donuts location, as often as I once did, as I do not spend as much time in this area, as often as I once did. Nevertheless, the customer service remains very good.
UPDATE: WEDNESDAY, MAY 10, 2023, 3:37PM: I was not at this Dunkin’ Donuts location; I was actually at the Prescription Pharmacy, which is across the street from it.
UPDATE: WEDNESDAY, JULY 6, 2022: I have no idea if this Dunkin’ Donuts has changed. I was at the Prescription Pharmacy yesterday, Tuesday, July 5, 2022, but did not stop in at the Dunkin’ Donuts location thais a few yards away from Prescription Pharmacy.
The coffee was pretty good, and the service was better than the last time I visited.

I mean It’s a pretty decent place. I usually go there every morning for my coffee, but I just got a little confused when they have the we are hiring and then when you call the lady who answers the phone which I think she’s the lady is always saying not hiring so why would they put hiring and when my daughter goes to get a job they say they’re not hiring what is the force advertising for?
