I ordered a simple meal. It was covered in little black crumbs from the grill. Absolutely disgusting the grill must’ve not been cleaned in weeks. The food tasted absolutely terrible. You could taste the crumbs all in it. It almost tasted like grill cleaner. Absolutely terrible do not eat here.

Ordered thru DoorDash. Restaurant never updated it past “preparing your order”, and after an hour of waiting I cancelled thru the app. Soon after, I get a call from the restaurant asking why I cancelled the order. I responded it was taking too long. They told me it was delivered.
So after an aggressive back and forth with the driver, it was found that he delivered it about 40 minutes *before* I cancelled it. No knock, no update on DD, no communication at all.
Where was it left? Under the cat door. Next to a Cat who devoured half of the food. Now we have cold food and an ill cat, and most likely a $500 vet bill.

I hate to leave a bad review because the workers are friendly. The food was really bad. We ordered several different things for delivery and none of it was good. The driver was 30 minutes late because they were short staffed. That was ok as we were not in a hurry, but the meat had a lot of gristle and fat. The egg rolls were inedible. They tasted like they were a week old. Disappointed as this used to be my favorite eatery 10 yrs ago. Doubt I’ll be back.

Trash place. Not real hibachi. Not real house made shrimp sauce, it comes in a packet. Extreme prices if you order it online, I should have called it in, got charged 4 extra dollars for ordering it online. Huge scam and just not good food. Skip this place. Where is even the rice??

I am disappointed at the food, the meat is burned and no taste or enough sauce, old vegetables, and the rice is very greasy in one ball piece. Worst food ever. I throw it in the trash. Never left a review for a restaurant before, this is my first disgusting time. Please, for the 5 stars fake reviews, you are just liars.

Food was cold and old. No way would this be food safety approved. Decided to pickup instead of delivery because of the $5 delivery charge plus min 18% tip. Still not worth the $40! Do not buy the pork egg rolls.. ew.

I would recommend to eat here at dinner time. The day shift manager doesn’t admit to any wrong doings. We ordered a large & got a regular size. We’ve never had a problem at night going there though. The food is good.

Ordered delivery. Very quick, which was great until I began eating. Clumpy, undercooked, cold fried rice & overcooked/rock-hard stale veggie egg rolls with bottom of the warming-pan, probably day-old beef/chicken with fat chunks and slivers of chicken bones. If that all sounds good to you, have at it. I think I learned my lesson.
