I called for an order about 10 minutes before closing I asked her if I can place the order she said what’s the order when I told her the order she then said okay yeah we can make that for you and be here in 10 minutes to put the order in when I got there I asked her I said my mom orders from here very often like I do and she wants to see if she can switch out one of the items the lower budget items on the poo poo platter for just a couple pieces of General Tso chicken with anger in her voice she said no we don’t do that and I said why are you talking to me with anger in your voice son I said I don’t understand why they can’t switch out one of the cheaper Meats on there with an even cheaper version of me like chicken General Tso’s chicken and I asked you to do double ribs or any of that she with anger on her voice again said we don’t do that so you don’t have to talk to me like that so anyways I went ahead and gave her a $3 tip on a $27 order before she even asked told me to grab any condiments she looked to make sure I gave her a tip and then after that she said oh the condiments over there with attitude in her voice I have never been treated this way anywhere it was disgusting and then I said oh I got a combination I said anything over $25 I should get a soda with that the lady behind her with anger in her voice said no you don’t get one that was the last straw because I now wish I never wished before but I wish I would have never tipped her and I should have heard my tip to her should have been be nicer to your customers especially your regular ones that have been coming here for 20 plus years and I have never done that to anyone but I felt like that should have been done so the next best thing I could do is let you guys know about that it’s sad that the guys in the back to cook the food do a great job of cooking the food but the atmosphere is zero if there was a zero that’s what it would be the customer relations or Communications is a -5 * 5 sad faces I hope the owner reads this and understands that I am probably will never order from there again due to my interactions with these two ladies this night

This spot used to be better, been going for about a year I’d say, but the last few times (January and November -25) the orders were incorrect, the food was bland, they’ve raised their prices and added extra fees, like a lot of places, unfortunately the “quality” has gone down remarkably. Even such a minor thing as the chili oil that you can ask for on the side has shrank to half of what it was, and also, it’s no longer spicy. Last time I ordered a chicken dish, but the meat could have been anything.. Won’t be going back.

I have enjoyed eating here now that I live in the area. Today I went in and asked simply for French fries and chicken wings like my 3 year old and I ALWAYS get. I’m a disabled woman on fixed income and it’s the last day of the month. I only had 8 dollars exactly on me. The lady next to the gentleman informed me that it was going to be about 85 cents more, which I didn’t have on me, therefore couldn’t get it. I left and went all the way home simply to get the change then ordetr on the phone and picked it up. I accidentally gave her a nickel instead of the other dime in my hand and this lady made it a point to up her tone and state that I was short “3 cents”. So I took the nickel back and gave her the dime in my hand and the little cents that were left I put in the tip jar since she literally was about to deny my food over 3 cents. Awful just awful. Sadly I won’t be going there again.

We have enjoyed T.C. for years and understand everyone has an off night. 09/29/24 was the final straw. Multiple bones in the boneless spare ribs, the Bourbon Chicken was bland and dry. The Crab Ragoon seemed like it was reheated one too many times. The whole order was awful. You’ve lost this long time loyal customer!
