I just found this Panda Express and I’m so happy I did. Everything is always fresh, hot and the service is always really good. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Ambar a few times now and she’s always so pleasant, friendly and efficient. I truly appreciate that.

Fitz and Teenie were so so unprofessional when we recently stopped by to get some food. We asked for bowl and they misheard us and filled the plate. When I asked them that we want a bowl this dude Fitz jumped in middle of the convo and started cursing my wife to speak up and telling me not to raise voice when he was the one who escalated it. Really frustrating when someone dont respects the customer. I asked for Manager and he didnt even decide to step in. I figured why they have such low reviews in here! Owner need to coach these crews to be lil grounded and how to greet customers!!

Ordered our dinner through the mobile app. Ordered Orange Chicken and when we arrived home and sat down to eat it was not Orange Chicken…it was Teriyaki Chicken, the Choy Mein noodles were hard and undercooked and the Spring Rolls were over cooked and soggy. Between myself and my daughter we spent $36 and we couldn’t even eat it. Tried calling to express our concerns and we keep getting hung up on. Worst Panda we have ever visited.

Not sure why it has a mid rating. The last 1,000 times I’ve been here, it’s been delicious. Picture is a Plate with orange chicken for both mains and fried rice for both sides. Friendly atmosphere.

Ordered 3 drinks I didn’t receive any of them . Tried calling multiple times nobody answers at the store. Spoke with the delivery they never gave them drinks. Thanks for taking my money and then just not answering your store number. Worse costumer service.

I have been going to Panda for years, and was so happy when one finally opened near my house. I have gone there multiple times and have had countless issues. The most common is them not giving me enough meat. I have tried contacting them on this almost every time that it happens and have hoped that it would be resolved. I went tonight and got 2 large entrees, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken, and the orange chicken is less full as usual and the teriyaki chicken is the lowest it has ever been. I am officially giving up on this location and going back to the one I went to before.

They ruined their orange chicken, it was honestly the only thing keeping me coming back. Now the new recipe is gross and doesn’t even taste like orange anymore. It’s just sweet, gross chicken. Sorry disappointing, don’t know where I’ll find that good orange chicken ever again

If you go to the drive through at this location, check your order before you leave, because there’s no guarantee that they’re listening. I tried calling them back because I live an hour away and they wouldn’t answer their phone to resolve the issue. Now, I’m stuck with someone else’s food that I didn’t pay for. Their food is good, but their customer service and communication skills are subpar.
So not only did they give me the wrong food that I didn’t order, they refused to answer their phone like a real restaurant.

The staff here is so friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and the very few times there has been an issue they’ve always fixed it. The store is super clean. Like most stores they might be understaffed and can get overwhelmed but they work so hard to keep customers happy I always thank them!
