Always a great dining experience! We enjoy dining here often when it’s just a few of us or a larger group. The servers are always attentive and informative. The food is always cooked perfectly. From the filet to the pasta dishes, every item is delicious. The atmosphere is quaint, especially the enclosed porch area. They do a beautiful job decorating for each season. Highly recommend dining here.

I have many allergies and she was so well informed about the menu and even double checked with the kitchen. The food came out really fast, nice and hot, and a very generous amount! I am Celiac, ordered the chicken kebab, and told the server I have Celiac disease. The item is listed as able to be gluten free but when served came with rice pilaf under the kebab. A manager did not bring out the dish and there was no allergy stick. After taking a bite, my friend noticed the rice pilaf and after checking with the server if the dish was made gluten free she stated “Of course not…do you know what you can eat?”. She took the dish back to the kitchen after asking if I wanted french fries (which are not gluten free) or mashed potatoes as a side. I stated whatever side the kitchen is able to make gluten free. The dish came back with mashed potatoes but with the same cross-contaminated chicken kebab, as I could see the bite I had originally taken still on the plate. When checking once again, asking another server about the issue, she said she understood as she has a nut allergy and I explained to my designated server who saw us interacting and she brought it back to the kitchen for a third time. The dish came out, the kebab was good but I would not recommend this restaurant for anyone with Celiac disease. I also ordered a Hugo spritz that was watered down and lemony. Both items were kept on the tab and I was checked in on twice if the food was good once brought out for the third time. We had a reservation for four and noted the gluten allergy.

Our first time at The Cellar and it was fantastic. My wife had this idea to do a gender reveal for us at a restaurant and we are so happy we chose The Cellar. We made reservations and put the special request in there. We called day of and they confirmed that they could accommodate. We were not ready for what they prepped. Our waiter Rose and the hostess Lexi went above and beyond. The service was fantastic and the food came out timely and was delicious. We ordered the calamari (no photos) was crispy and fresh and not fishy at all. My wife had the ravioli which was a great portion. I had the ribeye which was cooked perfectly and the sides were phenomenal. The big reveal was done with the desserts and it was so fun to see the staff be excited with us in this huge announcement. All in all, 10/10 experience and we will for sure be going back.

Our waitress was very experienced and helpful. On top of every task. We ordered the Hot Crab Dip for an appetizer. This was made with real crab meat!! What a fantastic dish. My wife had the grilled Salmon. Medium Rare. I will say that they’re only a few places that can properly cook a piece of Salmon like this. The Cellar nailed it. I ordered the Prime Rib Medium Rare. It was cooked perfectly. For dessert we shared Almond Cake. This honestly was the best Cake I’ve had in several years.

Group of four and all were beyond satisfied with our meals. Salmon w/ dill – outstanding, burger cooked to perfection, fish and chips- super fresh and light, scallops scampi was a big win too. Reasonably priced. Service exceptional – shout out to Leah for taking care of us beyond expectations and Stefan(?), offered up excellent support, and maintained our table. Great experience!

We recently hosted our daughter’s birthday party at Cellar Bar & Grill with 24 guests, and everything was absolutely fantastic, from the food to the service. The cozy, charming atmosphere made the celebration feel extra special. We started with appetizers: Spanish octopus, calamari, and buffalo shrimp. All were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Each guest ordered their own meal, which arrived promptly and tasted amazing. I had the New York steak (my usual favorite), but next time I’ll try the grilled salmon, several guests said it was excellent!
Our waitress was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout the evening. We also tried every dessert, and they were all delicious. The almond cake is now my daughter’s favorite! All of our guests were impressed and had a wonderful time. We’ll definitely be back with family and friends for our next celebration.

We have enjoyed the food here in the past, but will not be coming back again. Two of us ordered the stuffed haddock, which was supposed to have crab meat and lobster Newberg sauce. All it had were breadcrumbs sprinkled on top. It was not stuffed. The fish was good, but not enough to justify the price. The other person in our party was given the wrong entree. When we asked for water the waiter brought bottled water, which we had to pay for, then refilled our glasses with iced tap water, which was what we wanted in the first place. The whole experience was not good, and we paid $160 before tip.
