Drove from Louisville, Kentucky to visit the Monticello pool hall for the delicious hamburgers. Have them about once every two years never disappoints. They are very good. The place is clean and the people are friendly.

If you have NEVER had a pool room cheeseburger, you just ain’t ever had a cheeseburger! I grew up eating these locally and they’re just as good today as I remember them growing up. Make sure to get you some onion, ketchup, mustard and salt on your burger, or just tell them that you want “everything on it,” they’ll know what you mean. FYI, you have to at least get 2 burgers to get started, be sure and come back again!
