Love the ice cream here. Dana and Shay were super helpful in explaining the different signature flavors. If you are ever in the Dells, this is the place to come for some sweet dessert. Not really good icecream. The ice cream tasted like frozen sugar crystals, very sweet and grainy. could barely understand the guy behind the counter, wanted our phone number to purchase ice cream, he was listening to music in one ear and taking our order with the other, it was $10 for a small icecream, stupid expensive. I would rather spend that money at Culvers. Overall I won’t go back.

I was very impressed with the service that my kids and I received – our ice cream server was kind to her core!
She was thorough, helpful, positive, and patient! She made us feel special, saying she would remember us and got to show off her creativity working patiently with my 3 year old.
After an enjoyable conversation, I learned this incredible human is the new owner! I am very optimistic that she will continue growing and thrive as a franchise owner.

As for the ice cream….it’s Cold Stone! It’s always amazing! Made from scratch, fresh, unique flavors with incredible mix-ins. Smoothies, cakes, fresh waffle cones!
Clean building and restrooms and a nice seating area inside!

I ordered my ice cream cake on a Thursday for pick up on saturday, I arrived to pick up at 1145am and found out that ot was not done, the manager came out and said that the order did not print on friday because there services were down and said she can have my cake done in an hour. Fast forward an hour they were just finishing up the cake when the same manager came out and said the cake had collapsed on itself for not being frozen enough. She than offered to remake the cake, grab a bigger cake from the freezer aor give me a full refund. I asked for her to make it again and she asked what time I would like it by and I told her 5pm. She even offered to deliver the cake herself so I didn’t have to come back out to get it and leave my resort. I got my cake at 430 and I got a hand written apology and she gave us some cupcakes as well. I understand things happen and the manager handled the situation perfectly. Thank you so much for your kind and friendly service. Will definitely be back in the future.

We had them cater our wedding in August of 2024, and it was a huge success. They did so well setting us and serving our guests. The servers were smiling and super friendly, too! The owner called us to go over all the details and was quick to answer our questions. We were able to pick the ice cream and toppings we wanted.

Love the ice cream tacos, you have to try them out. Many varieties of flavors and creations to pick and if you’re a foodie(sweet-a-holic) you will need to try this place. Great time for kids to enjoy a sweet treat with their own twist on creativity and happiness.

Went to this place twice for dates. Both times the ice cream was phenomenal. Their cheesecake flavors are fantastic and it’s fun watching the servers scoop the ice cream with the metal paddles. If you get one ice cream to share, they automatically put two spoons into it for you so you don’t have to ask.

My husband and I were there on a evening last week 7/24/25. Place was busy, 3 girls behind the counter the dining area was disgusting, one girl spent her time on her phone in the side room, tables hadn’t been wiped off for a long time, we sat in the chairs but not up to a table. When it slowed down not one of the girls came out to wipe a table or pick up the paper on the floor. They too went to the side room.
The butter pecan ice cream was creamy and many nuts but the ice cream itself wasn’t buttery at all. Will not be back.
