Honestly, I wish I could leave zero stars. I have never been to a venue less pleasant than this one to see a musical performer. I have seen the performer multiple times at various venues across multiple states and it was not an issue of their equipment or performance. The venue’s acoustics are beyond awful. It was absolutely impossible to hear any word that the performers sang. Everything was muffled and there was no spot in the small venue that offered a better experience than another. It honestly did the artist a huge disservice and I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated.
The food/drink service was absurd. We were given no time for lines inside of the venue because they let us in about 30 minutes later than scheduled. Once inside, there was one bar and the line was to the other side of the venue. It took my boyfriend until halfway through the opening act to reach the bar. Once there, he was limited on what food he could order and there wasn’t much they were offering to choose from at all.
Concerts are my thing and I have seen a lot of them at many venues. I have never in my life experienced something as disappointing and embarrassing as this at a show and not only would I never see another show there, but I would highly discourage anyone from playing music there. Hopefully the artist will return to Richmond and try somewhere else in the future, but based on that experience, I can see how they would be deterred from doing so.

I had a good time at the show I went to here , the atmosphere is really good , intimate vibes . The food though , needs improvement – the wings do not taste smoked and the loaded fries is soggy and maybe the service staff in the back needs more people to reduce the wait time for food delivery to tables . I liked the cocktail I got from the bar . I’d visit again .
