i got a chicken al pastor burrito (y’all know it’s EXTRA $ for chicken al pastor) and i’m eating my burrito and i’m halfway through it and i’m like “wow i’m yet to taste any chicken”. i unwrapped my burrito into a bowl just to see somethin, and i kid you not i counted out 2 SINGULAR PIECES OF CHICKEN in my burrito. TWO. i cannot believe the portions at this place it’s absurd. why are we rationing out here??? and you know what this isn’t the first time they give out small portions either. absolutely insane. ramsey chipotle is horrible.

As someone new to the area for work, I visited this Chipotle for the second time within two weeks of starting my job nearby. Unfortunately, during my meal, I found a piece of plastic in my mouth while scooping up a portion of my meal, which was already a quarter eaten. The plastic was mixed in with a piece of chicken, which was quite concerning. Despite bringing this to their attention, the staff didn’t seem to care or offer any compensation. I’m now worried about whether I may have swallowed more plastic and if there could be any health implications. This experience left me feeling extremely uneasy. I approached the situation calmly and respectfully, but the lack of concern from the staff was disappointing. Additionally, I have the plastic piece on the side of the bowl to show you the size of what I picked out of my mouth. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.

An off duty or arriving employee showed me where the unsweet ice tea was. I haven’t been here in years and I think with new management this place is good. If you ask for extra chilies sauce they will allow this. The bowls are good as you can add what you like. The garlic guajillo steak was good. I like the artwork here near the shorter table in the front.

Chipotle food is 5 stars atvall locations I have been to but 2 stars for the experience at the Ramsy NJ location. Just a headsup. The people working had a hard time understanding English. Literally. I had to repeat myself a few times. Each time talking a little slower. I heard one girl ask another in spanish in a Mexican accent to translate when another customer was ordering. They were rushing to get the next ordering started. They were literally getting angry. One girl forcefully slammed an item on the counter. Obviously with anger. Apparently ordering ingredients on the side makes them angry. It was an evening with a BOGO deal happening thus very bury but I literally felt like I was in The Soup Nazi episode of Seinfeld. Maybe it’s different on a regular evening but be prepared to order quickly and know exactly what you want on a busy evening. Just order and move on or get the Soup Nazi treatment.

Do not order here after 10 pm. I normally love this Chipotle but after 10, good luck. They are already cleaning up and most times the order is missing many things and is not fresh. Tonight was the last straw. They didn’t make my order and when I got there they begrudgingly unpacked a few things to do so. When I got home my bowl was a pile of rice with some old lettuce and guac on top. Missing pretty much everything. So sad and pathetic and chipotle online would not connect me with a living person to take accountability for the poor food quality. The employees were complaining about how the hated working at Chipotle while I was there. That attitude shows.

Place a burrito bowl order. The bowl came completely wrong. I ordered chicken and carnitas with pinto beans. I got something completely different.I tossed in the garbage. I was trying to call to get someone to help me. That ended up getting no where. The person who picked up the phone doesn’t even work at the location. I will never go back to this place again. The service sucks.
