Love the food here they are very nice. Lucy the shift lead is very friendly and so are the employees Veronica, Ortencia, Johnny, Yoselin, Alexandra and Elizabeth ! The burgers are very unique and I love the combos. I love to have lots of coffee. Feels like being in New York ❤️ Since I was homeless and stuck they have helped me and they didn’t ban me from other stores in the area that did.One if the employees was very rude by throwing out the coffee and not allowing me to get refills when I came. I am glad that they have changed the management and those employees are no longer there. Thanks Carl’s Jr for your hospitality and your help during my time. Thank you for welcoming me into your restaurant.

I always have a great experience at this Carl’s Jr.! The food is always fresh and delicious — the Famous Star burger is my favorite and it’s made perfectly every time. Veronica at the register is always patient, friendly, and does an excellent job taking care of customers. It’s rare these days to find a place that consistently serves great food and has such good service. Highly recommend this location!

The food is always fresh, delicious, amazing and the staff is always kind, sweet, and positive when you order. They are also very helpful and ask questions to ensure you get the best experience and service and that your order is correct.

Update from 1 year ago. I still Love this Carl’s Jr they are always very kind and polite. They let you use any amount of coupons and expired no less. This helps getting dinner or lunch for cheap for the family bc most places only allow the one coupon and definitely don’t let u use expired ones. I’ll keep eating here bc of this awesome feature!!!!!

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review about a place I really like. Unfortunately, tonight I was disappointed with their service. I ordered 2 orders online in the 1st order I ordered 4 fish sandwiches, 2 kids meals and a large fry. In the 2nd order I only ordered 1 large fry. So my husband when to pick the orders up and he got a medium bag with the 4 fish sandwiches and 2 small bags with the 2 kids meals in them, but no large fries on them. My husband got home and I noticed the large fries are missing, so he went back to the restaurant and he was told that they did put the fries in the bag. So I checked again the bags and there were 2 small fries in one of the small bags but they were part of the 2 kids meals I ordered. They tried to give my husband the 2 large fries after they accused us of trying to get something for free. I told my husband not to take them.
