My first time visiting waffle house and I gotta say the folks here run their things tight! Shout out to my favorite server Ms. Star, you are a star not only in name, you were ON TOP OF IT, every table you go to everything is taken care of, you were awesome. Thank you for your hospitality.
The food isn’t just nice to look at, it tastes good too. Prices are reasonable. So many options and you can really customize your meal. I asked for cheesy scrambled eggs and they were perfect. Hash Browns smothered in onions, with little bacon bits, jalapeños? Got it. Pancake with chocolate chip – fluffy, soft, chocolate delight.
Gotta say, this may be one of my faves to go to from now on. Y’all didn’t just make my morning or my day, y’all made my whole year

I know we make jokes about how we can tell when the Waffle House is going to be really good but this experience was a disaster. There was dirty dishes on almost all of the tables and at the bar. I found a clean unoccupied table and sat myself. I felt bad for the gentleman that assisted me because while he was polite, he was so tired because he seemed to be the only one working. So while he took orders, 2 of the other 3 employees talked for the full 45 minutes that I was there. There was no attempt to start clearing or cleaning the tables. I didn’t even worry about getting a drink refill because my drink was in a to go cup I guess in an effort to not create any more dirty dishes. The food was ehhh and the overall experience was bad.

If I could I would give no stars bc the crew that worked tonight at 7:43pm. Is the worst service ever gotten, chicken hush brown bowl doesn’t come with eggs nor did I order eggs with I ordered bacon but got eggs, so this crew doesn’t know how to do there job and need to be retrained. And the bowl come with onions as well and there are no onions. SMH worst service ever!!! And I will be making calls in the morning!!

Went to grab breakfast with my mother, waited 15 minutes before anyone even came to our table. They had 2 other tables with customers and one to go order waiting so they were not busy. Then in the middle of me placing my order the server just walked away without saying a word. We got up and walked out, came to the one on veterans and they greeted us immediately and took our order!

It is October 8th, 2026 5:45am. We just left the restaurant.
As soon as we sat down, the waitress, a younh lady by the name Ms. Yamensa came to take our order. For some reason she had a nasty attitude from the get go. She was so aggressive and so short with is that I had to ask my companion if she knows her. It was down hills from there. I asked jalapeño in my hashbrown, that didnt happen. We had to ask for syrup for our waffle, she literally slammed the syrup container on out table and walked away. We were scared to ask for jelly so we decided to skip butter. Halfway thru our meal, we thought it was time to order two more plates for our friends at home. She refused to put it all in the same ticket. We paid two separate tickets and were glad to get put of there. It was so bad, the poor cook, who was awesome btw, looked uncomfortable. Needless to say, we will never ever come to this location again. Great food, horrible service! The waitress on the other hand, was nasty, rude and very aggressive.

Waffle House was the choice of our solider that we were visiting. We walked in and was greeted by staff. They were all busy, busy, busy but still taking care of all the customers. The staff were all smiling and helping us get every thing and detail we asked for. We had 2 servers (as there was 6 of us at two different tables/booth) and both were amazing! The food was fresh, hot and served quick! Coffee was hot and not need to ask for a refill, they were on top of it. Lordy, this place was the best restaurant I have been to in years! Cheers to all of you working breakfast/lunch on 9/19/25 you were the best!

I went there and there was a rude worker named frank. When I asked my first question he was already giving attitude. I had to ask for a menu which to me was okay. Then he didnt ask if I was dining in or not but I had told a different worker cus she had asked me. So he assumed and started packing my stuff and I noticed ot was my order so I asked to make sure and he said yes with attitude and then I told him im dining in. He side eyed me with a fugly look and gave me my food and plastic to go ware. Then I asked for my syrup and he yes like Idek how to explain cus it was just so rude. Then as I was eating I realized he didnt give me my drink and I didnt want to bother him especially bc he basically yelled it out “hes running on fumes”.. which is understandable but you work in customer service. Have some type of decency. Or atleast take a me talk health day! Something. Like dang you make me feel like I regretted coming in. I rather go to ihop at that point sadly. We’ll I asked the other worker and he was in the background as I told him what drink I wanted and he was in the background making that ugly side eye face like im dumb. Overall frank was a horrible server and someone I know hyped up the place so I went and was just very disappointed.
