(Please forgive my pics of my food, but i started eating before i took the pictures.) Let me tell you!!!! Riverbay is my new spot! It’s clean, bathrooms are clean, and the food is good. I had beef sausage, grits with cheese, srambled eggs, and waffles . One of my big issues with restaurants is portion size, and I must say that the portions at Riverbay are Amazing Food was hot and fresh!!!! The atmosphere is awesome! Completely remodeled. My new spot for me and the wife!

It was sooo good I got baked chicken with collard greens and sweet yams with cornbread. The chicken was tender and crispy still and it went well with the cornbread. Even the lemonade is a 10/10. Definitely a hidden jem in Elizabeth would be coming back!!

Saw a new restaurant/diner open up in the neighborhood and decided to try it out. The soul food spot definitely feels like home. The hospitality there is absolutely amazing and genuine. The energy in there was very wholesome and family oriented. The mango guava lemonade and the sweet teas is a much. My partner and I got waffles and the fried chicken very well made and a side of scrambled eggs and turkey bacon very delicious and fresh. The breakfast here is great I can’t wait to try dinner. I highly recommend.

This place is phenomenal! My family & I went there over the weekend after an awards ceremony & we were treated royally! Accommodations were made to seat us all by the wonderful staff & everything from the cornbread to the meal was superb to say the least! Chef Rodney Brown & Ms Tnita Perry are to be commended on the delicious dishes prepared! The atmosphere is very inviting & I highly recommend anyone to bring their family & friends there!

I stop by to dine in at Riverbay Diner and the food was AMAZING!!! I order the Chicken wings with 10 cheese mac and cheese and it was delicious. The atmosphere was full of peace and love. The servers were so kind and had a sweet spirit upon them. Everything about my experience at Riverbay was truly wonderful. I would definitely recommend it .

I am always looking for a new soul food restaurant to indulge in and when I tell you I have found the ONE! This place is it! This undiscovered gem has it all from the hospitality, to the warm cornbread that comes out as you wait for you freshly cooked soul food to be served. The entire staff is amazingly friendly and ready to fill your coffee cup at your demand. So far I’ve had the baked chicken wings, fried chicken, smothered chicken with cheese grits, shrimp rasta pasta, and of course the lovely sides such as collard greens, green beans, 10 cheese mac& cheese, and best cornbread you’ll have in a long time!!! The food is amazing, I have ordered there already 2 times and everything taste good..Jerk Ribs, the seafood salad, the rasta pasta, corn bread, bbq chicken. Thank God for soul food in the area.The atmosphere is relaxing, welcoming and peaceful. The decor is well put together and it’s clean. I would recommend to anyone who love soul food and a nice family establishment to go.

If you are looking for a place in Elizabeth area or even in the tri-state area. Look no further!! Riverbay Diner, has excellent soul food. Even the signature drink, ” Riverbay Rumble!” I just can’t get enough of it!!!!

When you go there make sure you meet the owner, Mrs Perry. She is such a wonderful woman of God. The workers there are excellent and so nice. To be honest this place has the best service better than any other Diner that I have been to in the past.
When you visit make sure you try the sweet potato cornbread and the cheesy cornbread!!!

I had a wonderful dining experience at RiverBay Diner. I had Bake Chicken, Collard Greens, Macaron/ Cheese and it taste great!! The hospitality of the staff is awesome.

Mac and cheese were bland and not dry. Green beans had no flavor, and whiting was miniature pieces. Oxtails had no gravy for the 75 dollars I spent. The food was not worth it.
