I stumbled upon Happy Valley Wok and it completely exceeded my expectations. This food truck is an absolute hidden gem! The beef was incredibly tender and packed with flavor—perfectly cooked with that juicy, melt-in-your-mouth texture that’s hard to find even in many restaurants. The vegetables were fresh and crisp, especially the zucchini and carrots, which added a really nice balance and freshness to the dish. Everything was seasoned just right with a fragrant peppery aroma that made every bite addictive.
What I really loved is that the dish tastes freshly cooked and not greasy, which makes it feel both satisfying and surprisingly light. You can tell they care about the quality of their ingredients and the way the food is prepared.
The service was also super friendly and efficient, and the whole food truck vibe makes it a fun and casual place to grab something delicious. It’s one of those spots where you try it once and immediately want to come back.

Very nice food and service. I ordered fried noodle and some steam dumplings, they are delicious! Location is very easy to find and price is not expensive. Very recommend you guys to try.

What I love most about food cart stations is the rich cultural diversity they bring to our communities. If you haven’t yet tried Happy Valley Wok here at the Happy Valley Food Station, you got to come out and bring your family and friends and give our friend Solar a visit. His authentic Chinese orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken, BBQ Buns and Shrimp dumplings were so delicious. Happy Valley Wok was friendly, professional and oh so fresh. It’s a great way to get out of the house and enjoy some community time. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Happy Valley Wok is my absolute favorite food cart! Everything is made with fresh ingredients and tastes incredible. The prices are great, and the Kung Pao Chicken is out of this world. I order it spicy every time, and they always deliver the perfect kick! Shout out to Solar and everyone who works there, all so friendly and fun!
