Katie’s Goody Shop is hands-down the best place for burgers in town — no competition. Their food is consistently delicious, the service is fast and friendly, and there’s a comforting, small-town charm that keeps you coming back. It’s one of the true hidden gems of Ulysses, KS, and has been a beloved staple in the community for years. I’m incredibly grateful for this place and hopeful it continues to thrive for many more years to come. If you haven’t been, you’re missing out!

Katie’s is a local treasure I believe. They serve quick and convenient lunch and dessert options, very ball park concession stand with a twist. You can get cupcakes, ice cream, snow cones, funnel cakes…sandwiches, walking tacos, canned soda, homemade lemonade. During the fair times they also have a trailer and serve the community at those type of functions. They’ve really set the tone for other small family owned restaurants in this town to get out there and be well within our community in my opinion.

Our favorite place to bring the kids. My favorite item is a Pina colada with cream snow cone and cream cheese pretzel. Recently we ordered lunch, I ordered the Tiger burger and had no clue it would be so large!
Highly recommend stopping in this hidden gem and checking out their menu. Guaranteed to put a smile on your sweet tooth!

Workers were super nice the ice cream I got was amazing my grandma got a snowcone and they put tons of the flavor it actually tasted like cherry not red ice and they were super fast with making our order!!! All the stuff on th e menu was reasonably priced. Only bad thing was I did one of the little 50 cents machines and it was almost empty so I dident get anything but they did try to help but the machines are not theirs they said. Overall 10/10 would recommend

First time stopping in and they’re going to have to roll me out. The Tiger Burger is really quite a lunch, must admit, wasn’t expecting that much or for it to be that good! Awesome little lunch spot that I wish I’d found sooner! Very nice lady working the counter, quick service, absolutely no complaints, nice and clean, I’ll definitely be back.

I’m giving this a one because I can’t give it a zero. I ordered a cheeseburger, two personal pizzas, and a chicken grilled cheese plus two milkshakes and a lemonade. The personal pizzas seemed to only be one, which was the first problem. The second problem was that we didn’t get our cheeseburger. The third problem was that the chicken grilled cheese didn’t even have chicken in it. It’s literally called a CHICKEN. grilled cheese. And the wait time was over fifty minutes. This infuriated me. Also, the cashier was rude and kept giving me looks. I’m upset with this place. Never coming back I hope you run out of business. I’m MAD.

My grandmother recently decided to downsize from her large family home to a smaller place. Katies’s Goody Shop was able to help me give a nice “Welcome to your new home” cupcake order for her. She said the cupcakes were delicious and even though she doesn’t like frosting, she loved the frosting on the pretty cupcakes. She was able to share some with her new neighbors and kept some to savor later. Thank you to Katie’s Goody Shop for making my Grandmother’s move so much yummier!
