Store was full of customers waiting to pick up orders. I got my food 30 minutes after the pick up time even after the app told me 39 minutes for pick up so an hour and 9 minutes for one pizza. The workers looked like they just rolled out of bed and one girl was in there just scratching her side with her shirt pulled and I swear she was picking a scab. The whole staff needs to be fired and the store shutdown until they train a new staff and new manager. Maybe poach some people from Taco Bell. I wouldn’t go back if I was paid to. Far and away the sketchiest restaurant in town.

$2 personal pan pizza ordered 8, wait was well over an hour, notified via app that order was ready, I got to the store to pick up and the order isn’t even ready. Waited ADDITIONAL 10 minutes for 8 SINGLE SLICES, no personal pan 8 SINGLE slices. I could’ve gotten an entire pizza for cheaper and actually fed my family instead of 8 single slices. It’s unorganized and a complete joke it’s a scam of a promotion. If there wasn’t a long line of wait to get a refund I would’ve requested one.

This is the worst store I’ve ever been to the older guy in the back has an attitude with everyone wants to argue with them for 30 plus minutes when you have proof of your order refuses to make the food or refund it because he can’t see it in the system! Waited almost an hour for an order that was scheduled for pickup at 7pm for them to forget some of my order and then try to charge me for it when I go back in to get the missing items! I will not be ordering from this store again I will gladly drive the 30 plus minutes to another one! Not to mention even tho I waited an hour for my food it was cold and gross

We greatly miss the aesthetic appeal of the previous building and strongly suggest its reconstruction. The ambiance was far more relaxing. Since the relocation, we have ceased patronage and have no intention of returning. The current location lacks the charm of its predecessor. While cleanliness is maintained, the overall atmosphere is unappealing.
We express a preference for the design of the original Pizza Hut and urge consideration of a similar architectural style for future establishments. We hope that this sentiment is shared by other patrons.
