Did an online order. It processed and said my payment was accepted. It was also placed a pickup at counter order (proof in the picture as it says “don’t want to pickup at counter?”) my husband picked the food up. Instead stood in your lobby for 20 minutes with no one greeting him. Finally he yelled out for someone, who then said the order was placed on the drive through system so they don’t make it until the phone is nearby, which I didn’t do, but okay fine you now know he’s here for the food. Instead they still didn’t make it. No one said anything until my husband asked is there something wrong with the order? To which they said the payment was declined we won’t make food if it’s declined. I’ll also show from my emailed receipt if was accepted. So instead my husband had to pay in person to get our food after I had online. This happened maybe 15 minutes ago.
Also the fries never have salt and taste like they have been sitting forever. Clearly making quality food isn’t important. As this is my double cheeseburger. What a waste of putting in a fast food location here.
Hope someone can not only fix the food, but the attitudes and customer service as my husband could hear them talking about it to other employees, but never bringing anything to his attention.

The gal at register was on day 2,I told her to take her time. No line and she did try before asking for help. Food was hot and staff was friendly. Not busy and a great first time experience at this location.

I hate to be the complainer but I think this makes it the 5th time I have received a wrong drink. Tonight I had asked for sweet tea and got a half tea and half lemonade. I get the speed is the name of the game but if you pull me to the second window please take the time to double check if my drink order is right. Other than that food was great.

I ordered a large strawberry banana smoothie and payed $6 for it and it’s not even full. There is a 2 inch gap from where the drunk ends and the lid is. If I’m paying $6 for a large it should be full

To the younger gentleman working the 1st window around 8 am that rang up my order wrong as a sausage EGG mcmuffin instead of a sausage mcmuffin and tried to convince me it didn’t come like that and YELLED at me. You need a job not with the public.

Rude as can be. And don’t answer their phone’s. I waited in curbside for 23 minutes and no one was even in the drive-through. Couldn’t get no one to answer the phone either and I called 6 times. Then, when I pulled out of curbside and pulled up to the drive-through to ask an ETA, the guy was rude. Told me they were bringing it out. Which took another 7 minutes. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was spit in. Ended up throwing it all away and went somewhere else. This place is always rude. They hire snobby teens and rude adults. I’ve only had 2 good experiences here. Sadly, I have better luck in Danville Illinois. And that’s saying something!

Great service and tasty snacks! This McDonald’s is my go-to spot for late evening cravings. The staff is friendly, and the food is always fresh and satisfying. Whether it’s a quick snack or a full meal, they never disappoint. Definitely one of the best stops in the area!
