Worst Jimmy John’s I’ve been too. We went on 3/5/26 and got a few slices of meat and bread.
Both my wife and I’s sandwich had nothing on it. I’m posting a picture of their “#13 Cubano” and the only thing I modified was “no pickles, add hot peppers”.
I’ve been eating Jimmy John’s since 2014, and never had a sandwich of this poor quality. I will not be returning to this location and, with Pot Belly in the area, I’m not sure Jimmy John’s period will be receiving my business.

We went to this jimmy johns for dinner one night and one of the girls in our group found a piece of meat wrapper in her Sandwich. Because she got a toasted sandwhich the wrapper melted into the bread. The reason I am leaving 3 stars is because they remade the sandwich at no extra charge and apologized to the girl.

Ordered for pick up online. Drove up for drive thru and waited 20 minutes with several cars in front of me. Once it was my turn, I told The guy on the speaker I was doing a pick up and he told me to pull up. Uh.. pull up how? I had 3 cars in front of me still waiting for their order. I waited another 6 minutes and decided to back out. I shouted towards the cars behind me to pull backwards and not eat here. The guy on the speaker was like, “I’m busy! I only got one guy. You can leave if you want. “ I said… “bro, I orders this shit online. I’m trying to walk up to your store to get this”
So I get everyone to back out in reverse. I walk in, no apologies nothing. I get asked for my name again and a guy handed my order and told me to grab chips.
No greeting, no apologies nothing. Came into this location happy. I Left, so mad ruined my day and wasted 25 minutes for a little sandwich combo.
Good thing I don’t live here.

I have ordered delivery from here many times and every time it sucks. My order is messed up it takes an hour to get delivered. Or their delivery system is messed up so it shows my order got delivered only for it to get delivered an hour later. Just now I placed an order was told I should have my order at 10:15 it’s now almost 11 and I still haven’t gotten my order. When I called they said that they didn’t have a delivery driver until just now. Cool so my food has probably been sitting there for the last 45 minutes probably going to be gross and soggy now. Also why did you say my food would be delivered at 10:15 if you didn’t have any delivery drivers until 11??

I ordered a two sandwiches after waiting for an hour for delivery it gets cancelled. I’m not sure how we cannot hold uber accountable if they won’t actually deliver the food. The person I spoke to said the sandwiches keep getting taken but they aren’t being delivered. I cannot rate Uber so it’s on the store.

Ordered for delivery. When picking up food, food was sitting outside in the ground, door was locked while store was still open (it was 7:30PM when it says they close at 9PM?) while employees were sitting down eating inside? They also forgot my Diet Coke. Never using this location again because of how uncomfortable this was from start to finish.

I can’t recommend ordering online for this location, twice they’ve failed to deliver orders that came in before closing time. After their app shows the order has been received by the store, they then go in & manually reject it according to the discussion I just had with the on-site manager. “This is policy for anything that comes in within 15-minutes of closing.” Regardless of the fact, my account still shows charged, the phone app still shows “delivery pending” from three days ago, and according to the manager I should wait 5 business days before worrying that my refund hasn’t shown up as they claimed it should automatically do. Nothing done to try and make it right. Zero care for customer inconvenience.
