One of the authentic Mexican restaurant experience in the area. The whole vibes takes you the country side. A large selection of drinks and house made Horchata. Great coffee and it’s BYOB, Margherita mixers are also an option. Food is delicious and lots of brunch options. Overall a great vibe and it’s always a delight to eat here.

This small spot is a true south Philly gem. The owners and waitstaff are all lovely and they are incredibly accommodating of dietary restrictions. I went with a friend who is vegan, it’s one of her favorite spots, even though the printed menu isn’t overly vegan they are very happy to accommodate and knowledgeable in what is or isn’t vegan.
We got drinks and entrees and everything was delicious. It also felt quite reasonably priced. There is a cash discount (noted on the menu) so stop by an ATM on your way over 🙂

My friend took me to one of their fav spots and I understand why it is!!
First time here of course had to try the cafe chocolate which is their homemade Mexican hot chocolate with 2 shots of espresso, very fresh and delicious
Topping it off with AMAZING juicy flavor of steak tacos!! I really wanted to go for round 2

Definitely will be back!! Cute cozy small spot in south Philly

I started to come here for a cafe con chocolate, basically espresso, cinnamon and chocolate. Once I tried it I was hooked! After that experience, let’s try some food, I got myself a fajitas mixta. It’s just a mix of the best things in this world made to perfection. So good I came back 2 days later to have it again, and I live in the other side of the city. I would have licked the hot plate if it wasn’t sizzling. The ingredients are fresh as well, I’m not the only one either, the place always has people in there which is a great sign. The staff is out of this world, to make sure that your needs are met and are super polite. If u stop bye u won’t be disappointed.

We all LOVED this place. The food was so good, and the service was friendly and very helpful. An ambitious menu with lots of interesting choices. If I lived in Philly, I’d come here regularly. The brunch is fantastic (good non-egg options), and I had the best cafe y chocolate EVER, served in a beautiful Mexican mug. Highly recommend!

Visited from out of town and gave this spot a try with a friend for brunch. From the coffee to the food to the service, everything was top notch! The place is small so I can imagine they get busy, but we had no problem getting a table on a snowy Saturday morning.

This will definitely be my regular spot. I enjoyed the service/atmosphere/service. I had the birria Benedict which was amazing and my partner had the enfrioladas with steak and it was amazing. I also tried their coconut iced latte, that was delightful.

Service was so excellent, atmosphere very cute, and the food was fantastic. We’d recommend anyone anywhere near this spot to try it. We went for brunch, but would happily have eaten dinner there too! Churros, hot chocolate, fresh squeezed OJ, burritos, quesadillas, moletes, and chilaquiles (get the mole!) were all so yummy.

Really great service I do recommend the chocolate. It’s so . I got the chile relleno and enchiladas divorciadas. They prefer cash. Great place definitely coming back again. They cook with love

My first time visiting this restaurant. We went for brunch and the place is so nice. The menu has many food items to choose from. I had a corn soup, which was so very tasty. I opted for the Molletes which was so very good. My son had the torta with sausage and egg and my husband the tamale. The portions are very generous and the bread is so very good. The owner and servers were so very helpful and attentive. Looking forward to a return visit.
