I don’t mind eating at Yoshinoya, I’ve been to a few. Good is the same. This location’s restroom are horrible!!!!! The smell was awful, I started gagging!!! I wanted to cancel my order, but didn’t! Couldn’t eat my food which I was kind of craving after not eating at Yoshinoya in years.

As I walked to this classic Japanese franchise, I was hoping for a better then McDs experience. I was greeted with a gentlemen. He seems very impatient to all the customers including me. Might be a bad day.

If you like this restaurant, please drive away and go to another one. Maybe because I used the discount coupon, the service attitude was very bad and the lunch box portion was pitifully small compared to other addresses. If I wanted a topping such as chili powder, they only gave me two small packets. I bought two large lunch boxes. Going to this restaurant is just spending money to get something that is not good to eat. Don’t come to this restaurant at this address.

Anybody that wants to know whether or not a restaurant doing their job this is the place where it is a family owner and operated franchise. It’s owned by a husband and wife Asian couple the husband seem to be OK cooks great food comes out to it perfection but his wife I have nothing good to say about her she started cussing me out she went ballistic few months back just because I told her my Chicken had skin on it during my ordering I did indicate to her when she placed my order that I didn’t wanna get no skin on the chicken plain and simple And instead of removing the skin from the chicken she gave it to me with the skin when I opened the box I brought it back to her and I told the lady that it wasn’t right instead of apologizing and remaking the food she decided to run her motormouth by telling me that I never told her thatwhat a horrible what a poor personality all I can say is she’s cheap to the point where she did not wanna lose that chicken so she knew it’s gonna go straight in the trash by me bringing it back I won’t forget that day

Came in today Saturday 3/15 the food was served in a timely manner & cooked PERFECTLY!! Thank you to the cook Maria for the delicious food. I have been to alot of Yoshinoyas around California & this is by far the best 10/10. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!Ordered Large beef, regular veggie beef bowl, regular chicken veggie bowl, 2 spring rolls. This cook KNOWS how to cook!!!

Watering down tempura sauce like customers won’t recognize is insanity. It’s like dipping my shrimp in water. This is the problem with private ownership; they have no one to answer to and will sacrifice quality for profit.
They would have been better off giving less in the container than to water down. I can only what else they’re doing to cut corners.

Didn’t ask me “white rice or brown rice” when I order Extra Large beef and chicken plus veggies
After I read board. I asked “may I have brown rice?”
Poker face said: “it’s already made.”
I’ll not return.
Oh the chicken pieces were so dry and over fried.
