Place is clean, came in ready to order something warm but don’t have menudo til Saturday!! Tacos de barbacoa was ok tasted reheated… waitress was friendly but waited for her to look up from her phone to get a refill on my drink. Restrooms clean but no TP. Don’t think I’ll be coming back.

If you’re a fan of ma&pops, local dives, or authentic and delicious food, this is a good place to be in Midland.
The staff checked on us regularly, but not TOO regularly, and treated us like they’d known us forever. Such a warm and genuine atmosphere! It’s a small and intimate dining room, and staff don’t mind altering menu items as it’s all cooked fresh to order in the kitchen!

I eat breakfast here every morning and they treat me like I own the place! The only issue I have is a very small one and it’s not a sanitation issue as much as functionality. Try cleaning the pepper shaker lids once in a while so the pepper will come out.

This is by far my favorite place for lunch. I’ve been told that they have amazing breakfast as well. I can’t make Mexican Rice to save my life and this is the ONLY place that makes it how I like. 85% of the time I’ll order the green chicken enchiladas ❤️
