Picture this: New Year’s Day. I’m surrounded by hungover individuals at my friend’s house (I was the DD all night). I must brave the cold walk to my car if I want to take a shower. As I am driving down the road, I see the sparkling oasis of THE Amherst Dunkin’ Donuts. I am greeted at the microphone with arguably the best experience I have EVER had:
“SALUTATIONS! YOUR DUNKIN EXPERIENCE AWAITS!”
Now- I’ve been told to wait before. I’ve worked in customer service, so I get it. But this guy knows show business. He had that sparkle, that passion for customer service you only see once in a blue moon.
“THANK YOU FOR BEING PATIENT. IT IS TIME TO BEGIN THE ORDERING ADVENTURE!”
We are off to a fantastic start. I order a refresher and an old fashioned donut. Side note, my refresher is PERFECT. I am aware my donut choice is not for everyone, but this guy knew how to commit to the bit,
“ AH! A donut from the 1800’s for you.”
Listen, I’m already cracking up. I can barely hold it together. I drive up to the window, expecting to meet some sort of riddle master who wants to bargain for my first born. Get this guy a freaking award! In fact, make him audition for SNL.
I am greeted with the sweetest man who takes my card and gives me my food. It was not the same guy who took my order, as he was a bit more subdued in nature, but it is clear this crew works seamlessly together. I am pleased as punch to start the new year off so whimsically!
Thank you to the Dunkin’ crew that made my food this morning. You guys ROCK! Happy New Year!

I will never return to Continental Boulevard in Merrimack NH, very rude to customers food is disgusting, I even got sick there and was told they had the health inspectors there and that I didn’t get sick there and noone ever has. I will drive out of my way to go to this Dunkin’s at 125 Route 101A in Amherst NH instead. Food is always warm and service is good. The place is clean, and customers are treated with respect.

I would like to give this Dunks no damn stars if I could. This location is open 24hrs and is not even 2 miles from the post office where we work and come out at the hours of 1am to 4am for food and this place NEVER has food to serve. Friends went tonight around 12:30 am again this location is 24hrs, nobody wants just drinks at that hour and she had nothing to serve at 12:30am SMH!!! Awful just awful!! I wouldn’t recommend to any1 at my job to go here for their quick bite at 1am I’ll recommend Cumberland Farms although I don’t favor them either but atleast they serve food 24hrs!

Well I’m up in NH helping with my inlaws and every morning have been going to the dunkin in milford. I order Unsweetened green tea iced and a turkey wakeup wrap no egg with pepper bacon because I’m allergic to egg and every day I have to come back and give it to them because they put the flipping egg on it and they take the order correctly but who ever is making the food either doesn’t care or they can’t read but either way they are going to severely hurt someone if they don’t get thier act together.

Went to grab some quick food and ordered a $6 meal with coffee, sandwich, hash and I added a donut. Silent curly hair girl behind the counter not asking any questions. Weird but hey nothing surprises me anymore. Went to pay and it was $5 something. I asked the curly hair silent girl if she ordered the $6 meal and she said “you didn’t order that”. I am pretty sure I did because that’s the only reason I stopped at Dunkin, what else would I order?
The correct way to answer a customer would have been “I’m so sorry I didn’t hear that, let me correct the order for you” instead of “you didn’t order that” with an attitude. Pretty sure some of these youngsters need a whole lot more training, in the job and in life.

The older guy with the white hair and mustache that works the window is just the best ever. Always smiling, happy, upbeat, friendly – happy to be alive and serving the customers.

Love the Dunkin! But here, the staff always seems to be in chaos. Long waits to order in person.
