We ordered six half sheets for a bday party and it came out great. They have great staff and communication. We were able to speak with them days in advance to ensure the Sunday morning pickup timing would work. Shout out to Isiah for getting this done on the day of!

Solid, tasty pizza. My go to spot! They were also very nice and stayed open after closing because I messed up my order. I accidentally ordered pickup instead of delivery. I appreciate that the staff was nice and let me come in afterward! Also, sorry about that!

I had an early afternoon craving for pizza while I was traveling. I’m so glad my google search led me here. The pizza was fantastic and it seems like they can do whatever kind of crust you want. I asked for thin. Plus, the manager/owner (?) was training a new guy and was super kind and patient with him. She did a great job checking in on me and providing an excellent experience. FYI – They have dine-in booths and bottled coke products.

Waited almost an hour for a pizza and cheese bread. Went last year and LOVED it (for the Twins festival) Not anymore. We watched delivery people come in and out. An older gentleman walked in about 20 minutes after us, and given his pizza 10 minutes before I FINALLY asked about an update to be told “it’s coming out of the oven now”. Finally heard a “we need to make pizzas in order” – you think? I mean, they only watched us sitting in front of them for. An. Hour. No apology or anything. Asked for the pizza to go because we were quite annoyed and wasted enough time, they put the pizza in the box and just placed the marinara sauce in the middle to leave a wonderful indentation.
Also, the wonderful baby you had IN THE KITCHEN is probably an OSHA violation. The owner might want to know about that.

Ordered a veggie supreme with vegan cheese yesterday… and called to cancel because my guest was actually not coming that evening. Their customer service in this situation was incredibly gracious! They said they’d remove the charge, even though they’d already started the pizza. I ordered tonight, and they quickly delivered, wonderful vegan pizza for my guest, and the driver thanked me for my tip, and also for the vegan pizza to taste yesterday evening. I’m very grateful for their amazing customer service! They have won a customer for life!

We have not had a pizza from a Master pizza in over 30 years. Frankly, we rarely eat pizza. WOW we were amazingly surprised just how awesome it still is. I had a Detroit style pizza with no cheese, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, spinach, tomatoes and extra sauce!

I attended an event in Twinsburg and I was happy that there was a Master Pizza not far from where I was at. In order via the app which is always quick and easy. I requested for a specific time and it was ready; no waiting. The gentleman waiting on me was very pleasant. The restaurant was clean. My wings were cooked perfectly. My pizza, I was a little disappointed. The cheese was lumpy. It was ok. I would try them again… it may have been an off night.

The first time I ordered pizza and wings from here it was Fantastic! The second time my wings were not cooked the way that I asked for but they were good along with their pizza, today was the 3rd time ordering and the order was right but it was just cold! Not even Luke warm, I had to toss everything in the oven. I hope this was just a fluke because I really like their pizza and wings.
