I would like to share some feedback regarding one of your staff members. There is an Afghan employee who usually wears a cap and hands orders to DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers. I have noticed that when Indian female drivers come to pick up orders, he speaks to them in Hindi and sometimes engages in unnecessary personal conversation that feels unprofessional and uncomfortable, as if he is flirting.
I believe all delivery drivers should be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of their background. Please ensure that staff maintain appropriate behavior while interacting with customers and drivers.

Best Pizza, Pasta, and Dessert in Pleasanton!
My husband and I had a truly outstanding experience at New York Pizza & Pasta today. This place deserves every one of its five stars!
We started with a pizza and it was absolutely great—perfect crust, delicious toppings, and clearly made with fresh ingredients. The pasta we ordered was equally fantastic; it was cooked nicely (al dente, just the way we like it!) and had incredible flavor.
We finished our meal with a slice of tiramisu, and it was the perfect end to a perfect meal—truly delicious and a must-try.
The food quality here is top-notch, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic, excellent Italian-American food. We can’t wait to go back!

I stumbled upon this place by mistake a few years ago when I had just moved to Pleasanton. I was hooked that first time and haven’t stopped coming since.
I’m a regular customer now sometimes eating there twice a week. Didn’t matter if I eat in, order to go or delivery I always get the same exceptional service and delicious meal whether it’s a slice of my favorite pizza, kabobs or chicken Alfredo (less the mushrooms).
I’ll keep coming and recommend you do too!

I am from New York and have to say the pizza taste like it’s from New York. Very good service and very nice people. The food is the best! You will not have any complaints. Take out, order in, delivery and other food options on the menu. All with great prices.

I have gone here a few times and everytime i go its a treat. I like how it is open late. After going to a show in the bay area and heading back home this place is open!! The pizza is always great and has never disappointed. I recently had a pepperoni pizza and it was the best I had from there. A friend and I finished the whole thing! I would definitely recommend this place for some good late night pizza.

Just had a slice of the vegetarian pizza from New York Pizza Pasta in Pleasanton today and it was delicious! The staff is also very friendly.
This slice was a reminiscence of the most authentic New York pizza I’ve ever had outside of New York. It was cooked to perfection.
For anyone who loves veggie pizza, this is the only place you should go in the entire Bay Area.

Place is dirty and it took 30 mins to receive a simple sandwich. How is it this hard to make a sandwich that also costs 20 dollars. I asked once how long it will take and he asked if want to get in the kitchen and make my sandwich. Will never come back and I don’t think you should either.

We were heading home to Fremont from Dublin and we were all completely famished.
First off, I think it’s a little overpriced, but I said that’s fine, maybe it’s just really good pizza. We ordered 1 chicken and 1 pepperoni pizza.
It’s kinda tasteless… The ratios of toppings to cheese is off. The pizza sauce doesn’t have any taste. The chicken has a bizarre spice on it that really doesn’t work.
All in all, a forgettable experience

I demolished the spaghetti with meatballs, and it was seriously awesome. The pasta was cooked right, and you could taste the quality, especially with the perfect drizzle of extra virgin olive oil enhancing the flavor of the sauce.
The slice of pizza was pure, unadulterated perfection—it’s truly authentic and exactly what a New York slice should taste like.
Everything was great, and the fact that the price was awesome makes this a definite go-to spot. If you want quality, authentic Italian-American food, you have to try this place!

Husband and I decided to try this out while my son had dinner with my extended family. Turns out this is the first place they ever tried when they moved to Pleasanton YEARS ago. We really enjoyed what we got. I got a margherita pizza, husband got a spicy chicken pizza, we got some garlic twists also. We intentionally ordered more than we could eat so we could have leftovers and it definitely was worth it if you look at it being several meals. The price was definitely higher than I was personally comfortable paying but it was so good and we had plenty left over. Apparently the spicy chicken doesnt come with pizza sauce and the jalapeños are laid under the cheese so that’s something to consider. The people there was very nice and the restaurant itself was very cute. Had places to sit inside and 2 small tables outside. Glad we tried this place and would absolutely come here for more garlic twists.
