This is our new “hey…do we want burgers tonight?” PLACE.
My fiance and I have been looking for a local burger spot…you know, the spot where you can tell visitors/friends “OH- YOU NEED TO TRY THIS PLACE”. And FINALLY we have found one. This place is relocated from Libertyville, has the kindest most attentive staff, a chill vibe, and pre-Covid prices. We came for dinner and their menu had a balanced spread of salads, sandwiches/burgers, and other dinner entrees. I had the habanero mango chicken sandwich w sweet potato fries, he got the double smash burger w fries, and we shared the chicken tortilla soup for an app. Everything was so flavorful and piping hot. They also offered me two sauces for my sandwich ( a mild one and a hot one, I went with the extra spicy) and it PERFORMED. Service was SO quick, drinks were affordable, and the main chef came out to meet us to make sure everything was as we wanted!
We’re going to come back here for sure, and so happy we made it before the crowds start rushing in.

My husband and I went with my brother and sister-in-law for Valentine’s day, for dinner. Everyone was friendly! The food was excellent!! I shared the Pepper Steak with Rice and a Beet Salad with my sister-in-law and the amount we got was more than enough to share! My husband had the Shrimp Taco dinner and my brother the full slab of ribs with all the trimmings! We all tried each other’s meal and OMG, everything was phenomenal! We also shared 2 bottles of wine. Not to mention the Flan and Tres Leches cake… Amazing!! We had great service! The Chef and his son came out to greet us and to make sure that we were well taken care of!! When you factor everything we had, plus drinks, desserts and coffee, the price was not bad!
We will definitely be going back again and highly recommend this restaurant to everyone out there!

This place is amazing! The food is incredibly delicious, and I love that they make their own pesto sauce—it really adds a special touch. Our bill for three people was $70, which included soup and a main course. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. Highly recommend!

This place has amazing food. I had a very good smash burger and exceptional lentil soup when I visited last weekend. But enough about the food. What is even better is the amazing customer service. I came in and asked for help because my car was stuck in the snow and asked for help. Oscar and Shorty, the two restaurant managers, were more than willing to help me. After I finished my meal, they came outside with shovels and helped me push my car out of the snow. It was really nice of them to do this and most people would have probably stayed inside. It really shows a lot of character when you are willing to help someone in need. I highly recommend this place for the food and customer service and hope people recognize the kindness of the people who work here.

As a foodie in the Highland Park area we have a decent amount of restaurants to choose from. I’m pleased to say this place does a really nice job! Their service is warm and friendly and their food is good quality. You can tell they use fresh local ingredients and a lot of their sauces and dressings and such are made from scratch. For me, it’s those little details that make a world of a difference.
If you’re feeling healthy, I’d recommend their salads. They have quite a few good options to choose from. Otherwise their house cheeseburger is also really good!

What a great find! We were in the area for the botanical gardens and were cold and hungry and this place was the perfect choice.
Cozy chill space excellent food burgers, chicken sandwich tacos everything was amazing. Great service from this family restaurant. On top of it the bill was much lower than expected for the quality of food.
We will certainly be back!

The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared, and the portions were generous. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. You can tell they put care into both the food and the customer experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.

I can’t believe it has taken me two years to try this restaurant! The first time I went at lunch with my sister and I had the Buffalo chicken sandwhich with hash browns and it was one of the best spicy chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. Hash browns were fresh cut in house and amazing. It was so good I brought my husband and daughter back for breakfast on Saturday and it was just as good if not better. We had an omelet and breakfast burrito. The service was amazing. Our waitress was so kind and attentive and even brought our daughter a special “dessert” on the house – a chocolate chip pancake! We are now regulars and so happy to have found this local gem. The prices are also very reasonable and the decor is super fun and colorful. Go check it out!

This family restaurant serves excellent, freshly made food with a wide variety of delicious options, and everything we tried was flavorful and cooked to perfection. The staff including the friendly chefs were incredibly welcoming, and the food arrived at the perfect time, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend the mango habanero sandwich, and the skirt steak ranchero! 10/10 will be coming back❤️
