Would give zero stars if I could,these idiots left bay leaves in the rice and tried to choke us to death, when we called the corporate number they accused us of not having the receipt and assured us that chipotle would not have put bay leaves in the rice,the forgot it was in there.look at the pictures I’ll never go back there.only reason I went was because I had a free queso coupon

Today they did the BOGO offer. My kids begged me to go. We haven’t been there in 2 years. We had already had bad experiences with Chipotle but the last one at the Chipotle restaurant in Fairlawn, OH was the last straw. They had about half a cup of rice left and a few beans, mind you it was around 7pm. We asked for 2 bowls but the guy instead of asking for more rice and beans scraped the containers and get us about half a cup of rice and 8 BEANS. My husband and I looked at each other in disbelief. I told him “Don’t worry, we can wait for you to get more food from the kitchen” He looked at us dead serious and said “This is the normal portion size we serve.'” If we could have dropped our jaws on the counter… We thought for a moment it was a joke but no it wasn’t. We have eaten at Chipotle for years it was our 4 kids favorite place. We couldn’t believe it. We left of course without any food. So, today I was afraid of coming in, I was so sure they were gonna be very skimpy at filling those bowls since they were having such an offer. But WHAT A SURPRISE, the bowls were being generously filled! It felt like everyone there was on a mission to be generous with the portions and I was so surprised to see it. It actually makes it more bearable to pay now for the tortillas, they didn’t charge before. Anyway, I just want it to praise this restaurant because they certainly did a great job today. I appreciate the BOGO and a night out with my family, that used to love Chipotle. Such a treat right for Thanksgiving Eve.

We go to Chipotle about once a month. We love the food when it good and plentiful! What we find is they are inconsistent on taste and serving size. This location is perhaps a little more inconsistent than other locations.

Norton’s Chipotle is honestly the best location I have ever visited! Every time I pick food up the staff is so incredibly friendly & personable. The portion sizes are 12/10. The dining area / kitchen is always so clean. I recommend this location to everyone. I swear I leave with a smile on my face every time! Thanks Norton Chipotle for being so amazing!! Keep doing you!!

Another food place with the worst service I’ve ever experienced and I wasn’t even getting food. I was supposed to pick a order up for doordash and they asked me for the name about 5 minutes after I was standing there, after I gave them the name they didn’t do absolutely anything about it or even communicate with me if they were preparing it or if it would be ready soon. Nothing at all. Another 5 minutes goes by and still no communication whatsoever with them they just stared at me and did nothing about my order. Whole place is trash, the food, the service and the atmosphere in that whole building. Good thing I don’t contribute to the trash that stays on service some how. Don’t expect any respect from me anytime I enter the building cause ya get what ya give out. Hope the customer puts in a bad review on your location as well because they were gonna cancel there order after what I told them you put me through while waiting then get this her food wasn’t even started being prepared after the 10 or so minutes of waiting HA!!!! Want better service just don’t go here! Plain and simple.

Ordered a chicken bowl for my daughter and found multiple Bay leaves in the food. This was after she took a bite and started chewing and gagged on it. I sent emails through the website and app to customer support and have not heard anything for almost 2 weeks. They need to do a better job at making sure things like this or not in their food for people to consume

Ordered the top Steak burrito . Wasn’t tender as they advertise . Nothing but veins….very displeased. And the Chicken is like chewing on rubber , loaded with viens and grissel . Then the try their hardest not to load those bowls up nowadays. Minimal as much as they can .

Spent $55 to receive 4 half empty bowls. Extremely disappointing. I know the cost of everything is going up, but that’s already being passed to the consumer with the price increases. We should at least get the amount we are used to if we had to spend $5.85 for double steak
