The service was very good. The young lady behind the cash register was very attentive. And very friendly the food tasted okay. It didn’t take me back to the island or anything but it was passable. It just seemed like either it was left out too long or it was cooked just a bit too long. Don’t get me wrong I still ate it, it tasted good, but it’s nothing that I’m running back to.

Super excited to find Manjar!! The Pernil & amarillos were absolutely amazing! The staff were very friendly. My only issue was that my rice tasted burnt. I don’t know if I got the “bottom of the pot”, but the burnt taste was overwhelming for me. My mom, son and daughter did not have the same issue. Regardless, we would definitely return for another round!

Been there before and after the renovation. Both times food was subpar. I’ve had Chivo, mofongo and Rabo. Giving 3 stats because the Mofongo was good. The Chivo was mainly bones. The same with Rabo, big chunks with very little meat (I’m aware Rabo does not have a lot of meat, but still…). Salad wasn’t seasoned.

This place is great! The food is delicious and the service is wonderful. They bring out different dishes throughout the day. I had Ox tail. I haven’t had that in years! Very tender and flavorful. The black beans and rice with peas were delicious. Plates are $14.99 or $19.99. There is a full bar.

From looking at the exterior within itself…I already knew this place would be pretty good. There’s also lots of outside patio space as well.
Now once you get inside…the pleasant smell of authentic Spanish food aroma hits you right in the face as soon as you walk in.
It’s very spacious and cleanly inside.
The food portions are delightful… you definitely get your money’s worth.
Everything was seasoned to perfection… I’m talking like finger licking good
Wonderful staff and the owner looks like a very sweet lady.
I absolutely recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed…trust me!

Found this place on Google trying to get a good Latin food for lunch. They do have a good selection of meals already prepared to order and eat immediately. The food tasted good, I got the carne guisada “beef stew” with with rice, beans and salad. I can’t complain with the quality of food, it was good. The staff is also very friendly and good customer service. The only reason I’m giving an 3 stars review, is because of their policy of charging a ridiculous extra fee if you’re 4 people or more. I went there with 3 co-worker’s, and we all paid individually, this makes your lunch with the tip and a drink more than $20-$25. It’s just too much for a lunch. Management should reconsider changing this policy, you’re just encouraging customers no going to this place and have luch with coworkers, because they’ll be charged if they do so.

Honestly me and my family have been dying for this restaurant to open back up and now that it has, we have not been disappointed.
The food 10/10, the drinks 10/10, the atmosphere 10/10. I do recommend the churrasco with tostones and the Paloma de tamarindo.

Nice lookin place. The food was good but very limited. The kitchen apparently closes at 6pm on a Saturday. Pretty odd. While the food was good, it was basically placed as “buffet” style and very limited on food. A cup of rice and beans and a selection of meat (I got the chicken soup and my buddy got ONE porkchop) cost nearly $30 each person. Way over priced. It was pretty disappointing considering its hard to find a decent DR/PR joint. What you see in my photo cost $26 (a $3 water bottle was included in this)
