Hungry after I went fishing all day off of Point Loma. Me and the boys were in the mood for pizza, we never been here before so we were nervous and didn’t know what to expect. We ordered 3 pizzas and 1 sandwich and decided to share. My favorite pizza was the spinach & artichoke pizza which was amazing !! Definitely recommend. My buddy liked Alfredo chicken pizza and said it was delicious. We got the bbq chicken pizza also which had a good sweet flavor. Our chicken Parmesan sandwich was also amazing ! I wish I got one to go! Staff was friendly and restaurant was clean inside. Price was not bad at all, compared to other pizza spots. Definitely coming back !

When you’re the best pizza place in Point Loma, they don’t call you “the best pizza place in Point Loma”. They call you Alfredo’s Pizza. The pesto sauce on the Capri Pizza that I had… well, it was like that scene in Ratatouille where the critic takes his bite. I honestly felt blessed to be alive in the exact moment in time where I could have a slice from these fellas.

Do yourself a favor and head over there ASAP. You won’t be disappointed.

Great little pizzeria with a few tables, most do take out or delivery. Very good thin crust pizza. Good sized pasta dishes (definitely shareable) that comes with yummy garlic bread and a large side salad. You can also order pizza by the slice. Very reasonably priced. Glad we found it!

We visit Cabrillo all the time. We drove by this pizza shop and finally I said I wonder if that pizza is any good. OH BOY! We haven’t been able to find pizza close in taste to NY authentic Italian style pizza but this one is definitely close to it. The slices are smaller and we didn’t mind. The minute I picked it up and saw the cheese and a bit of oil drip down the crust I said oh my goodness this could be it.
The texture, the taste, the cheese, the pepperoni, the crust was perfection. We should have bought two box. Next time two boxes for two people would be just find, that’s how much we enjoyed it.
This was better than Bronx pizza on university or Washington downtown and I really like that one. Just simple pepperoni pizza and we loved it! We ate the whole thing in the car sitting there ☺️

Called and placed an order for takeout Pizza. Artichoke & Spinach and zucchini sticks. I Arrived at the time the person said that it would be ready. When I arrived I was asked what I ordered. I told the person at the counter and he seemed not to be able to find my order, then he indicated that it was being prepared. Another employee, someone who seemed to be in charge saw me standing around waiting for about 15 minutes. He asked what I ordered and I told him artichoke & spinach pizza and zucchini sticks. He looked in the section of the store where prepared pizzas were. He found a pizza that had only spinach on it and the zucchini sticks and indicated that my order was inaccurately prepared. He apologized and said that they could make me another pizza but it would take 45 minutes. He also said that he could have it delivered. I declined. I’ve been going to Alfredo’s since moving to Point Loma, it’s been my go to place for pizza. I don’t know what’s happened lately, new ownership? Not the same guys making pizzas? The employees look disorganized and actually not very hygienic. The way the staff looks and how they handle the food, after watching, made it very unappetizing to me, which is another reason I declined the redo of my order. Overall, the place looks like it’s going downhill. It’s time to find a new go to spot for pizza in Point Loma!

Forgot to take before photos, but everything was so delicious! 4 adults ate 2 large salads and a large meat lovers. Excellent service, excellent food, clean and lovely atmosphere. We had to wait about 25 minutes, but they were slammed on a Friday night. The cooks and order takers were hustling. So delicious!!

I’ve been here couple afternoons the past months and ever since the energetic cashier with tats has not been working the new cashiers have been really dry and non helping with my order and responding with no effort and let along the loud inappropriate music could barely hear myself, the food isn’t as good no more they never have cold drinks but, seeing there station dirty using the same pizza cutter and unorganized is not what I want to see when my food is being touched and handed to me. I hope good things with this shop but indeed of better employees or mature ones.

I highly recommend you just skip this place. I’m not a pizza snob and this was gross. It looked appetizing, the price was right, but the sauce was sour and acidic. Pepperoni was even gross. My entire family (including children, husband born in New Haven, CT) refused to eat this. Wouldn’t feed it to my dogs.

Pizza by the Slice! 2 for $8.99 and comes with a drink! They open earlier than everyone else. Quaint little pizza spot with some well seasoned pizza, good marinara that’s not overly sweet or watery. Crust is perfect, crunchy, not too thin or thick. Awesome service, very friendly. No bathroom but it doesn’t matter since most don’t have one. I’ll definitely be coming back here especially on lunch breaks. Don’t miss out on this spot like I have for the 2 years I’ve been here at Point Loma San Diego!
