Absolutely smashed it for dinner. The Spartan burrito was huge. Look how happy my wife is – haha. I got the fajita pina and was blown away. Diego was an amazing server and helped me find their good stuff. A great atmosphere with a lot of options.

I give the restaurant a 4 as it is very clean with friendly staff. I only had a quesadilla though it had onions/peppers in it and not so much cheese as I expected. Needless to say it still tasted good and was delivered quickly. The salsa chips were also fresh and not stale or oily. To show the cleanliness, I took a picture of the copper sinks in the bathroom and the nice stone/tile hallway. I think the small booths with really tall backs were nice for privacy and allows for less distraction. As a chain of at least 3 restaurants in the greater Lansing area, I believe that my quesadilla could have been less oily and the outside of the restaurant/parking lot could use some TLC. I will visit again sometime.

The food was amazing, as well as the service! I was worried about ordering because there seemed to be so many choices. I chose the fajita burrito, oh my goodness, SO good! And such a great atmosphere! So recommend!!

☻ Taste, atmosphere, service… everything was perfect. It was the most delicious fajita I had had in a long time. The chips, salsa, and fresh guacamole were also really delicious. The margarita was also very good. The Spartan burrito was so big and had so many things in it that I couldn’t eat it all at once. All the menu items we ordered were delicious and plentiful. I definitely want to go again.

Very good Mexican food! Love the chips and salsa. I ordered the fajita taco salad, my friend ordered enchiladas with green sauce and all were delicious! Our food arrived about 5 minutes after we ordered. Also, you can tell a lot about a restaurant by how clean the bathrooms are–and these were VERY clean and redesigned.

We had a very big group and surprisingly they were able to get all our food out in a timely manner. It was all really good as well. We were celebrating a birthday and the band came out, it was so much fun! The chips and queso are really good! I loved the jalapeño poppers and the shrimp enchiladas I got. The rice was a fan favorite.

This Fiesta Chara is a little more cozy than the one over there in East Lansing when it comes to seating and atmosphere same style Aesthetics where the other places much more wide open, this one has more corridors and little drop levels and separate rooms it’s pretty neat place. Also, it seems to me at the fiesta Chara locations they maintain from the best of my perception a Hispanic wait staff that mostly I’m assuming comes out of Mexico. Makes me feel better about the food I’m being served.
