They were extremely busy but the staff seemed to be efficient.
The donuts were super cute for the 4th of July! Daughter said the muffin was dry, but her guava lemonade was great! Everything else was good and the lady behind the counter was super nice and actually seemed like she wanted to be at work

Ordered our food at 11:59am. Drinks arrived out fairly quickly. We waited 20 minutes wondering where our food was and asked. They begrudgingly brought out our food within a couple of minutes and gave us the wrong donuts and left the cheese off my sandwich in the process. Please don’t go there. All the workers looked miserable to be there and were so rude with us and offended that we wanted what we ordered.

I have been going to this location every week twice, sometimes three times a week for months. It started going down once the old manager left. There would be signs on the door “short on help” so you would have to go to the drive thru and take forever. They never have what you order online and the drinks (the same drink) never taste the same. Other locations take things off the menu when they don’t have it but not this one. Other locations also have great, consistent drinks every time. The employees all have nasty attitudes and don’t care what they serve or how they act. Maybe it’s time for the owners to make some changes before the doors close permanently. I’ve never seen any upper management in this location.

My daughter sandwich was burnt. She took back. Kelly was very rude, unprofessional, and had no customer service skills. I asked for a refund she stated with an attitude “only a manager can give a refund.” I asked for the manager she states “the manager is gone for the day.” I asked could she call the manager. She replied I called the manager and he said it will tomorrow to get a refund. The manager name is Bobby. This was the worst service. Oh I forgot to mention the new sandwich was cold!!

Words can not express my disgust, disappointment, and frustration. I ordered a bacon and egg croissant sandwich, hash browns, and an iced decaf coffee with caramel. My 11-year-old daughter, who I was sharing my drink with, spotted a dead fly floating in my drink. We had already finished about half of the coffee. I will NEVER purchase anything from Dunkin Donuts again. Absolutely DISGUSTED!!!

I walked in to order and was greeted by nobody. I walked up to the front counter to order and the girl was being very rude telling me to speak up when I was already pretty loud. Maybe if the music wasn’t blasting she’d be able to hear me. Then gave me attitude while I was ordering. Barely spoke to me and then asked like 3 times what donuts I wanted. She got my donuts and then my drink was done. The donuts were good but the drink was filled all the way up with ice. Literally had like 5 sips and the thing was empty. I work fast food so I understand what it’s like in a rush but I got 2 donuts and a drink and was nice so I don’t know what the issue was.

The girls at this location have a smart mouth. I had a question about one of the drinks and in a condescending voice the girl over the intercom said “go ahead” as if she was annoyed. If I’m being honest all the restaurants in that shopping plaza, on that side of the bridge, besides the Italian ice, have bad customer service and not the best tasting food.

I come to this Dunkin drive thru often to order a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. The newer girls are usually sweet, but the one that’s been there since around the time they opened this location, not so much. I got a bagel today and it was inedible and they forgot my cream cheese. Circled around to tell them and not one person apologized. They actually laughed in their headsets, but it’s totally fine. Will not be returning.

The bathrooms are STILL OUT after our other visit passing through a month ago. “You can go next door” to the Smokeshop. Ummmmm, no thank you. But, nice girls honestly, good attitudes about it. Not their fault. Get it together Corporate DD..!!!!!
