Freddies has always delivered for me with the steak burgers, the chili cheese fries and a butterfinger milkshake. I have not had a bad meal yet. I think Freddies does a good job getting the food prepared and out to you. The food has good taste and has been consistent in quality and taste. The butterfinger milkshake is one of my favorite deserts. I like that they provide and over sized straw for the milkshake. I believe that freddies is a great franchise and as they grow I look forward to going to them all. I would recommend you try freddies, I think you will find it be be delicious.

I absolutely LOVE this Freddy’s location! Every time I come in, Nate is unbelievably kind, polite, and super attentive. He seriously goes above and beyond every single visit! My orders are always spot-on, the food is fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious — and the ice cream? OUT OF THIS WORLD. If you haven’t tried the Concrete ice creams yet, you’re missing out!
My all-time favorite meal is the Freddy’s Original Double — perfection every time. And make sure you download the app because it gives you SO much free food and amazing rewards!

Freddy’s just gets burgers right. My 7 month old granddaughter loved her first burger! Always clean, staff and manager were very friendly and we sampled the menu with the Freddy’s Double Cheeseburger ✅

COLD OLD FOOD served on March 7, 2026 while it was slow in the middle of the afternoon in Manassas.
Freddy’s served a burger so old and cold it had congealed grease on it. The french fries were not even warm.
I had to clean my own table before sitting down and wait a minute for the staff to notice us at the register. The floor was covered in food trash.
I’m never eating at Freddy’s again. It was a total rip off and completely unsanitary.

I had a California steak burger and a double cheeseburger with cheese curds.
All were good, I liked the double better than the California steak burger, but no complaints. The curds were so so, I’ve had better but they were ok.
Service is top shelf, hope it stays that way once the opening rush cools down, but everyone was very polite and helpful, and even seemed to be having fun.
It’s worth a try!

I’ve seen several unwarranted negative reviews about this place but both of the times that I’ve eaten here, I had great service and the food was also great. The cheese curds were delightful with a nice crunch outside and a salty-slightly chewy inside. I had a double cheeseburger which was equally delicious. My order was for pick-up and the staff at the pick-up counter were friendly and helpful.

The wife and I enjoy Freddy’s. I love the patty melt and the fry dipping sause. I vow next time we come I am trying one of the dogs and onion rings.

I’m so very disappointed once again! My first visit was the only time I ever received what I ordered. Each time, I allow time to skew my better judgment. I visited the Manassas location today and ordered a chili dog without cheese combo with a Signature Turtle Sundae with extra pecans instead of a drink for $16+. I checked the chili dog before leave the window to ensure my request was met, all appeared fine until I got home. I received the extra pecans alright, along with all the crumbs and salt from what appeared to have been at the bottom of the container. The sundae was so salty I had to throw it away. I’m so sick of throwing away money at this facility and I will no longer patronize this food chain. The workers don’t care, once you drive off, it’s not their problem.
