Great spot for a break. I once sat at one of the tables with my sandwich when five police officers took their break on the barstools by the window. Real Chicago cops — what a great moment. Thanks for that.
I imagine some locals might be puzzled by my enthusiasm, but for many of us Europeans, moments like this have a certain charm — we mostly know American police officers from films and television.

Nice and friendly staff and the food quality is at expected level. I had to wait for couple minutes for them to show up, but it’s not that big of a deal.
There are couple of place inside to have a sit, though they share the space with Dunkin’ Donuts.

The Subway is located inside of a convenience store and has offered a place close by for a quick bite while we stayed and week in Chicago. The food has always tasted really good though the sandwiches are usually “thrown together” and falling apart as you eat them. Sometimes soggy after a five minute walk back to the hotel that’s next door. Still, for a quick meal option, you can’t really beat it! And the people there are always very helpful and friendly.

Ordered online a honey mustard chicken wrap deleted lettuce added spinach. Got a flatbread instead of wrap with lettuce no spinach. It was supposed to have honey mustard AND BBQ but barely had enough honey mustard to even taste it. Dry Dry Dry! Ordered a fountain sprite, got a bottled sprite. Had to ask for the chips that were included in the order because they were conveniently forgotten. I would LOVE to get my added tip back since no attention was paid to the actual order.

We stopped here about 10 PM after our flight. This was the best Subway we have visited in a long time! The bread was SO fresh and soft, and the veggies were immaculately displayed. Our sub artist took great pride in his work, and it showed! This was exactly what we needed after a long day of traveling:-)

So I made an order at almost 4 am on 09/30/2023. I went in to let him know/ask him if he could add a little yellow mustard sauce in my order and right of the bat he started giving me attitude. All I asked him if I can have a little bit of the yellow mustard sauce because on online I didn’t see any option to add it otherwise I would add it myself and asking him as a question about it not sure what got to him that’s when he started giving me attitude and said something in his language and told me to talk to my manager about it. Here comes the worst part I don’t live super far maybe just between 8-10 mins. As I open the wrapper what pissed me off was that my sandwich looked really messy and things were everywhere and there were certain thing I didn’t add in it and I didn’t need it and on top of that my bread was already cold and hard right of the bat to even eat. I’m not sure if he know when you cut half you put in the middle not more on the right or to the left and it unsatisfied me not to eat the other half. He needs to change his attitude.

What a cool gas station! They had everything! It was very cramped in there with their aisles and I really think they deserve more room. The subway and Dunkin were very clean and delicious. Very friendly staff and great selection of various goods. Clean bathrooms too!
