Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Stopped in for lunch party of 8 . Waited 11 minutes at front counter and NOT a single employee acknowledged us. Waited 4 more minutes till we hit the exit. Insane part was they maybe had 6 patrons!!

Got the $20 deal to go. First time trying and ordered on the app, arrived on time but still had to wait for my food. Staff was nice, restaurant was large with many large TV’s to watch, but very empty. Food was ok. Our family liked the wings at Wing Stop better even tho fries were included here vs there. Looked at the menu while we waited for our food, looks like they have a lot of deals, so maybe another try for happy hour or watching a game.

Ok so we pull up at 10:12 PM .. walk in at 10:14PM . They tell me I have to order my food to go and also that I could not have a beer even though I got there at/before last call (terrible service and poor management skills) There is a sign on the front door that describes the late night happy hour to be till 11PM (false advertisement) . I also called before I came , Got there on time and was still refused a beer AND a table . The feel here is that they dont care about the guests and care more about leaving early instead of fufilling the duties of their jobs . My family and I would go more if they actually cared about their customers . The girl that took my to go order was nice. That was the highlight of the visit . I work in restaurants and would never turn down a chance to make more money if possible . You guys need better people.

I had a really disappointing experience at this location. I waited over 18 minutes for someone to acknowledge me for my pickup order. There were 7–8 employees in uniform sitting at a table, drinking beer and talking while moving around the restaurant. I tried waving someone down for help, and multiple employees made eye contact with me but signaled for someone else to assist instead.
When one employee finally came over, they made a dismissive hand gesture as if my needing help was an inconvenience. It wasn’t until my husband came inside because he was worried I had been waiting so long that we were helped and within 3 minutes, they handed him our order.
It felt rude, unprofessional, and honestly very strange that I couldn’t get assistance, but he was helped immediately. This was my first time experiencing something like this here, and it left a bad impression. 0/10 — would not recommend this location.

Came in on a Friday night around 630 and there was no wait!
We were originally being sat at a table top but we requested a booth because of our small children and the host was really understanding and accommodating even tho I know that gets annoying.
Our server was super friendly and prompt.
The food took quite a while to come out, but we weren’t in a rush so that’s okay. Everything was made exactly how we ordered.
For a chain restaurant it’s good. Nothing extraordinary but definitely worth the money. It was a nice evening out. No complaints befes

Worst bww I’ve ever been to, waitress ignored us for 30 minutes then finally asked our drink order then took 20 minutes to bring said drinks…. When we asked what was taking so long she became very combative and passed us to a another server who stepped in and did a fabulous job, but took 2 hours to be in and out total, will never be back

I went there a little while back with some friends of mine to eat lunch. I ended up ordering a burger and said I wanted hot fries. The burger was good, but the fries were lukewarm at best. The waitress came back when I was halfway done and I told her I wanted hot fries and she told me they were hot because she brought out the order as soon as it came up. I don’t doubt that because the burger was hot. What she didn’t realize was that the fries could have been done way before the burger and sitting in the kitchen. She then left and never gave me new fries. I ended up calling the manager over and explained what happened. She gave me some hot fries, but by that time I was long done with my hamburger. I’ve never been anywhere experiencing a wait person arguing about something like that and refusing to replace the fries. That type of customer service is pathetic. You need to train your people better. I haven’t been back since.
I’m responding to my original review a month later. I see the owner addressed most of the comments, but not mine. I’m changing my review to one star, and I hope they go out of business. This location deserves a better restaurant.

Waited quite some time at the front to be acknowledged with a basically empty dining room. Sat outside & pretty sure we were forgotten after the waitress didn’t come back to take our order for at least 15 minutes. Finally able to order drinks and apps!! The drinks is the only reason I am not giving a 1 or 0 star, they were AMAZING! Our entire sampler app was awful with undercooked fried pickles, overcooked wings, & watery cheese sauce. Sat for another 15 minutes after eating what we could get down just to get the check. Kudos to the bartender but everyone else in this location needs help! Reminded why I haven’t been to a BWW in quite awhile! Sad…..
