I’ve been to this store many times. The food is always pretty good, I never have a problem with it.
I would just like to start by saying this I worked in food service for many years and I was a manager for awhile as well. So I understand having a bad day or just being upset with the job and/or customers. I try to be very forgiving and understanding! But a few times I’ve been in the store the workers have just been unbelievably rude to myself and other guests! It’s unacceptable to see customers waiting and stand there on your phone not looking at them for over 30 minutes! Not ask them what they’re waiting on or their name on an order! The workers here clearly don’t care about anything.
Now the atmosphere in this restaurant is horrible as well very unwelcoming. It’s just not a good experience and I will most likely not be back soon if ever.

I am a door dash driver and I was here to pick up my customers order at 7:05 it is now 7:37 my order still hasn’t came to me. the lady behind the counter asks what my order is and proceeded to ask the employee on the line what was going on with my order. The girl in charge of bagging switch my bag/ order she said and the girls on the line proceeded to laugh.knowing if it was their order they wouldn’t think it was so funny. I was on time to pick up my dash. I had 10 other dashers behind me. They all got their orders before me .

After walking from next door Chill’s and leaving because of their fifthyness and not wearing gloves when handling food. I came next door to Wingstop and sure enough no one here was wearing gloves as well when handling food. I seen staff here handling food with their bare hands, without washing hands. Also, was told at 10:15pm 1/5/26 there was not a cashier so they could only accept online orders. This place is ran in complete filth with no regard for human safety.

The wings were good and fresh, the fries too. The place was clean including the men’s room. The workers were friendly enough and I loved that when they had down time they were all busy cleaning and finding things to do. You can tell they have good management here!

Went in for an ice water at 10:50 and was greeted with the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. I was informed that they aren’t taking any orders and that they close in 10 minutes, however it says they close at 1 am online. Do better. My family and I will not return. Worst customer service ever.

make sure to check your order before you leave! Ordered wings and sandwich walked out didn’t check… no sandwhich after I got home…. Live all the way in Pineville not going back. Here’s the kicker… THERE was no one in the restaurant, we were the only people there eating and they still messed it up, oh and just 2 order of wings and sandwich was 40 bucks

Came in 40 minutes before closing and was denied service. I was making a small order but the “cook” told the lady on the front counter not to take my order. I spend too much money at this location to be treated like crap. Very upset and not happy with the lack of service I received. I will no longer order from this store. Very disappointed.
