This place needs to be shut down !!! Service, food and atmosphere is horrible. Yes it’s subway… but it’s beyond normal bad subway. You never know if there gonna be open or not and when they are there almost always out of whatever it is you want. You’d think that the people behind the counter are paid to not care about good service. Not sure why this place remains an establishment as it reflects bad on the community. Never seen such god awful service on such a consistent base before. Shut and tear it down and add on to the car wash or install 12 flat parking spots. Either way a bonus to the community

They didn’t have any eggs so you couldn’t get any breakfast subs. I am sure this is a choice by management and not that they didn’t have any. Whatever I went ahead and got a different sub. They used 1/2 the amount of meat that it was supposed to have on it. It’s one of my regular orders so I know what’s on it. I will not be back to this location. Sign says new management. Doesn’t seem like that’s a good thing.

Was here on a Holiday World trip. Subway was close and easy. Unfortunately the experience was not great.
Dirty tables. Looked like the owner and an employee were sitting and chatting having lunch off to the side. They did not seem concered. Me and my wife ordered 2 footlong meals and the amount of meat provided was very subpar. $35 for 2 people is better spent a sitdown restaurant. Sorry, will not be coming back.

I’ve lived here for a few years and this spot has always been hit or miss, but tonight was so disgusting I had to leave a review. Went in and there were no people, customers or workers, visible from the lobby. The food container lids on the serving line were all open and exposed, with dirty utensils covered in various meats on the counter. When someone approached, a young worker dressed in PAJAMA PANTS and a tshirt, he didn’t seem fazed by the state of the food line. I debated on ordering, apologized, and left. Will never return and I really hope they get better at the very least in the way of health and food safety.

Only got one star because there’s no option for zero. Worst ever!!!! Heard it was under new management so I thought I’d give them a chance, there goes $20 for food I couldn’t eat. Ordered an outlaw toasted. No onion, bell pepper or chipotle. Was half toasted, meat was still cold, what little meat was on it….. Bread was so old and tough I couldn’t even eat it. Couldn’t understand the guy taking the order, and he couldn’t understand me either. At least they got my daughters plain ham and cheese right. Will NEVER go there again! Over priced, small portions, was not even edible……Dale is the only subway I know that serves good food.

Just stopped by Subway and was super excited to see The Happy Gilmore Meal promo! They’ve got exclusive collectible cups featuring iconic characters like Happy, Shooter, and Chubbs—perfect for any fan of the classic movie. Loved the creative touch and nostalgia! Plus, the meal came with a bag of Doritos and a fresh, stacked sub—everything was on point. Definitely a fun surprise and a great reason to visit this subway.

So glad we came to this Subway! This location is run by a cute couple who know how to make sandwiches right. The sandwiches that we ordered came LOADED with veggies, exactly what we wanted! Food and service was great. At the time that we visited, the ice machine wasn’t working, so fountain drinks couldn’t be cold. As long as this is the case, you’re better off getting a bottled drink. All in all, great experience.

Under the new owners, the floors are clean, I’m greeted right away, and the veggies don’t look like they’ve been here since the Bush administration. As of right now, the service is better — but the jury’s still out.

Pretty disappointed today. Took my daughter for lunch we had a chicken wrap and the chicken had very little taste and we hardly had any meat in the wrap the vegetables they had looked old and didn’t taste good at all, they had no tea again. Pretty positive I won’t go back and I will tell people it is not the place to eat. And that’s sad because I’m local.
