So very disappointed. They are not following formulas for sandwiches, bread is burned on top and doughy on the bottom. The bread was chewy and gross. They had one employee trying to serve ten people. I’m giving a two because he was very patient but everything else was terrible. They were out of almost EVERYTHING. The store was not clean and at least 4 people walked out and we should have.

Bread was stale, dry, and hard. The meatball sandwich was cold as the grave. One of the meatballs was actually desiccated and hard. The foreign flavors in the cold cut combo were something I’ve never experienced before; somewhere between chemical and spoiled, or both because there were multiple. Staff was courteous, but I won’t be back. I tried leaving comments on the website, but you’re only allowed a single concern to select. I got an email that my feedback had been shared and then immediately after that another email saying my concern had been resolved. Really?! They included a block to detail any additional concerns but it doesn’t capture the text and you can’t send it. I’m actually kind of impressed that a brand can fail at so many different opportunities in a single experience.

Went in and my mother and I got a turkey sub and a meatball sub. We got the combos for a 6” and got 2 cookies. Got home with no cookies and my mom’s sub only had 2 meatballs. I tried to call and no one answered.

Very poor experience here for a few reasons: 1) we ordered ahead of time via the app but when we turned up (on time) the order wasn’t ready and told to wait at the cash register – the issue is that the staff served four customers who came in on-demand (after me) before even starting my order! No apologies and poor customer service. 2) One staff member who was making sandwiches had a cigarette on their ear the whole time they served food – very unhygienic. 3) The order had a normal amount of sauce on both items (and bacon on one item) – the pictures show they COATED our meals and we had to scrape so much off when getting home before they were even edible! The bacon was very undercooked – it wasn’t heated up properly and some of it looked almost raw.

Overall, a very poor experience.

I had the opportunity to visit this establishment, and I was not disappointed. When it was my turn in line, I was met by an employee named chloe. I placed my order and chloe advised me that all that was remaining in the turkey container was scraps. Chloe asked her partner to go and retrieve some more Turkey so that she could properly make my sandwich. This was absolutely the best looking and best tasting sandwich that i’ve had from a Subway in many years. Chloe did a service to your business and she needs recognition. While I was in the dining room eating, I noted that she was busy cleaning and doing other things. The restaurant did appear to me to be very clean looking and smelling. Please tell her about this review if you see it. I WILL be back!!

Nasty saw her touch several times with her gloves on then grab at her cap with the same gloves on and still make people sandwich that is so disgusting and Unsanitary in so many ways after Constantly swipe at her arms and cause her hoodie was to big and pulling on her cap I walked out without even ordering

Came here twice in the last 3 months and both times they completely messed the orders up. No one cares how they make the food. I would not recommend this Subway if you’re in Anderson.
