BEST TACO BELL IVE EVER HAD. Me and my friend came in, not only did they fill our fries to the very brim but also my taco AND gave us each an extra fry!!! Didn’t even have to ask for extra anything. They all deserve to get cracked. Had to bust out the review cause they need a raise. Love it.

I typically love Taco Bell and we went 10 minutes out of our way to stop at this Taco Bell… worst mistake ever! We ordered chips and cheese, they forgot the chips, I ordered crunch wrap supreme with no sour cream, it came with sour cream, my husband literally had 8 fries with his order, our tacos hardly had any meat, cheese, or lettuce on them, and our nacho bell grande was more like a taco salad. Not one whole chip in the bunch, all crumbs (see pics below). They were nice enough to remake my crunch wrap with no sour cream, and quickly. It seemed like it took for ever to get our food, probably because we were so hungry…. But turned into disappointment once we got our food. The management needs to make some changes soon or this TacoBell/ KFC won’t be open for much longer. You would think at noon the place would be packed, but only 2-3 other people in the place. This should have been our first clue to run, and drive 40 mins up the road for a better Taco Bell. And to top things off our bill was $53 for a family of 4…Wowza! I spent a lot of time with this review that I would hope the manger would respond… we shall see!!

Staff appeared to be working very hard but drowning and what appeared to be the manager was not helping at all. In fact he was walking around smoking cigarettes and playing with signage. Help your people. The lady behind the counter was running her tail off. Won’t be back.

My bf biscuit and chicken was old and hard my soft tacos were not soft by no means and hardly no meat, I mean come on this us KFC/TACO BELL what the heck happened to fresh food. I know you would not serve your boss or your momma something like you served us yesterday. You can tell it’s under new management because they must not care either this is not the 1st time but can guarantee you that it will be the last time we go there.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went thru the drive thru. The food was wrong. They also said they were out of all diet sodas. After going back in to have the cheesy roll ups melted as they were cold cheese that was not slightly melted and to get the missing taco the lady rolled her eyes. I honestly don’t know how they are in business. If it’s too hard to make a taco maybe you should find another career path. There were no other patron I should have taken that as a sign not to order.

Very nice and friendly staff. I ordered 2 hard shell tacos with a side of refried beans and cheese. 25 minutes later I got 2 soft shell tacos, which I am allergic to flour and a side of black beans and rice which was very yummy, hot and a nice half portion. I will not be heading back, sorry.

I cannot give less than 1 star but this place, service and the staff deserve less than 1 star.
Staff didnt respect the customer orders.
I ordered my meal and got all 3 items wrong. When I go and ask for why this happened, they just replaced again with same wrong items. Never visit this place .

Sat in the drive-through forever. I was literally the only person here. When I got to the window, people were just standing around talking.
A lady told me to hold on three times.
It took a long time just to get food.

They are out of forks. And on top of all the cashier (kitcha) was super rude and out of all sauces. I will rather starve than go again here. It felt like I was part of a domestic dispute with how everyone was yelling in the restaurant. Hands down the worst place ever. They need to be shut down ASAP.
